SPEAKERS Paul A. Brundage, Oxford Properties Executive Vice President, Europe Paul Brundage oversees the direction and execution of Oxford s UK strategy and is based in the company s London office. Prior to joining Oxford, Mr. Brundage worked with Borealis Real Estate Management Inc. and OMERS Realty Corporation, Prudential of England and PricewaterhouseCoopers, in asset and portfolio management, leasing, business development, acquisitions and dispositions and investment analysis. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Economics and Geography from the University of Toronto and a Masters of Arts in Urban and Regional Analysis from State University of New York. He is a member of the Dean s Advisory Council at the Rogers School of Business at Ryerson University, and is actively involved with the SickKids Foundation. Mario Barrafato, Dundee REIT Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Mr. Barrafato is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Dundee REIT, responsible for all financial planning and reporting as well as finance and compliance functions of the Trust. From November 2001 to July 2003 he served as Vice President, Taxation of Dundee Realty Corporation, responsible for all taxation matters and played a key role in the restructuring of Dundee Realty s commercial revenue property business into Dundee REIT. From July 2003 to February 2006 he served as Senior Vice President and Controller in which capacity he implemented fundamental aspects of the investment trust structure and lead the financial accounting and reporting functions for the Trust. Prior to joining Dundee, Mario held progressive positions at Molson Inc. and KPMG. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University.

SPEAKERS Dan McAlister, B+H Architects Chairman Dan joined B+H as a Partner in 1989, becoming Chairman in 1996 when he initiated a process of repositioning the firm and its partner mix to explore rapidly evolving design opportunities in Canada and internationally. His interest in helping to develop the firm s people and skills continues as B+H expands its design services further into China, India, the Middle East and Eastern Europe. Thirty years of professional consulting have focused on hospitality, commercial and retail design, providing sound management, hands-on leadership and effective team building, particularly with more complex mixed use, fast-tracked projects. His extensive experience with development partnerships, co-ordination, complex approvals and budget management combined with a deep commitment to understanding client needs has helped the B+H team develop a culture of consistently delivering both the high level of design and adherence to budget and schedule expected by our clients. Recent projects include Vaughan Mills, 131 Queen in Ottawa and Cumberland Terrace in Toronto. David Costello, Oxford Properties Vice-President, Real Estate Management, GTA Region David Costello joined Oxford Properties Group in 1991 and is currently the Vice-President, Real Estate Management, GTA Region. In this position, David represents Oxford s ownership interest in office properties in the GTA. He is also responsible for asset management and property management functions for the GTA office portfolio. David has been working in real estate management and leasing since 1985 and has held senior management positions with Royal Trust and Truscan Realty. David obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Toronto.

SPEAKERS Drew Coles, Oxford Properties Vice President, Hotels Drew Coles joined Oxford in November 2010, to lead Oxford s hotel investment portfolio. Currently, Oxford s hotel portfolio value is over $1.5B CAD comprised of high quality luxury assets. Mr. Coles mandate is to maximize the value and investment performance of the portfolio, in addition to ensuring the portfolio mix of assets is optimal. In this capacity, he leads acquisitions and dispositions along with the Oxford executive team and in concert with Oxford s real estate strategy. Prior to joining Oxford, Mr. Coles spent approximately six years with Delta Hotels and its parent companies Fairmont Raffles Hotels International and bcimc. In this role, he led the growth of Delta Hotels, and played a key role in the sale and transition of the company from Fairmont to bcimc. Mr. Coles has acted on behalf of the owner / investor and also negotiated a significant volume in value of related hotel transaction agreements (franchise, management, new construction investment and acquisition), and has also held roles with GE Capital and Choice Hotels. He has a BA Economics from Acadia University and an Honors MBA from Webster University in St. Louis, MO. Kevan Gorrie, Oxford Properties Vice President, Industrial Kevan Gorrie has overall responsibility for Oxford s Industrial business. He has over 10 years experience at the executive management level on the investment, development and asset management side of the real estate industry. Kevan joined Oxford in 2007 as Director of Acquisitions and Asset Management. Prior to that, he worked as Vice President with Realstar Management, a leading Canadian property and asset manager.

John O Bryan, CB Richard Ellis Ltd. Vice-Chairman John O Bryan is Vice Chairman of CB Richard Ellis Limited. He is a member of the Canadian Board of Directors and Canadian Executive Management Committee. Mr. O Bryan has spent over 30 years in the appraisal and sales areas of the commercial real estate industry. He has sold in excess of $6 billion worth of commercial real estate across Canada and has negotiated over 3 million square feet of leases for companies including Shoppers Drug Mart, Torys and Canadian Tire. Hunter Milborne, Milborne Real Estate President Hunter Milborne, referred to as The Dean of Condos by Canadian business magazines, has more than 30 years of real estate experience. Mr. Milborne is well known for his entrepreneurial style, creative problem solving and innovative marketing strategies. He has marketed and sold more than 400 developments involving residential and hotel condos, commercial condos, resort properties and investment sales. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto.

SPEAKERS Bradley P. Jones, Oxford Properties Vice President, Retail Leasing Bradley Jones joined Oxford Properties Group in September 2002 and is currently the Vice President, Retail Leasing. In this role, Brad is responsible for strategic and tactical planning and execution of the leasing programs for: Yorkdale Shopping Centre, Scarborough Town Centre and Square One Shopping Centre. Brad is also responsible for all rent and capital budgeting, leasing, marketing and development leasing for lands at all three properties. Brad has been in the retail management field for over 20 years and has held several senior positions throughout his career including both operations and leasing roles. Brad has completed a Marketing Management, Business Administration degree at Ryerson University. Paul Noskiewicz, NORR Architects Project Manager Paul Noskiewicz, is the Project Director with NORR and has been leading the Union Station Revitalization Project since its inception in 2007. The City of Toronto engaged NORR Architects Engineers and Planners in 2007 as prime consultant responsible for Architecture, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical engineering for the Union Station Revitalization Project, a $480 million investment in this key Toronto landmark.

SPEAKERS Tyler Seaman, Oxford Properties Vice President, Residential Tyler Seaman is primarily involved in originating and executing new real estate investment opportunities across Canada for Oxford. Tyler has over 15 years of experience in the acquisition, financing and asset management of institutional quality properties across North America. He currently oversees all aspects of Oxford s multi-family business including acquisitions, asset management, financing and operations. His experience also includes infrastructure investing in Latin America on behalf of Oxford s parent company, OMERS. Prior to joining Oxford, Tyler was responsible for multi-residential acquisitions and dispositions on a national basis for Great West Life Realty Advisors. Earlier in his career, he held a series of senior management positions with private apartment owner/ manager, Realstar Group, including Vice President, Corporate Development and Vice President, Western Canada.Tyler has been involved in acquiring over 18,000 apartment units in 65 transactions representing approximately $2 billion worth of real estate in Canada and the United States. In addition, Tyler is a contributor on executive panels at the Canadian Apartment Investment Conference and the National Multi-Housing Council Annual Meeting in the U.S.
