Steve Hunt, neighbor to the the new ALES building, addressed the Board concerning privacy issues that have developed on his property since the building process has begun. Mr. Hunt asked the Board to consider building a 6' privacy fence across the back of his property line, dividing the school property from his. He was also concerned about the flooding, from the access road to his driveway when a big rain occurs. Upon counsel of Attorney Jim Whitlow, board was in agreement that a fence should probably be built, but the flooding problem is a result of a road that the school district has only "access rights" to during the construction process. Once the construction is complete, they will no longer have rights to it.
