JEFF LEACH Director, Southeast Climate Change & Sustainability (Ernst & Young) Jeff Leach is the Southeast Director of Ernst & Young s Climate Change & Sustainability Services practice. In this role, Jeff is responsible for establishing relationships with sustainability professionals at Ernst & Young s client companies in the Southeast, while supporting the execution of sustainability-focused client engagements across the region. Prior to joining Ernst & Young, Jeff was a Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting, focusing on business process consulting. He previously held leadership roles at The Hackett Group and Corporate Executive Board. STEVE SALTZGIVER Group Director, North America Fleet Operations (Coca-Cola Refreshments) Steve Saltzgiver is the Group Director of Fleet Operations- North America & Canada for Coca Cola Refreshments (CCR). CCR operates a fleet of over 50,000 assets and is committed to its leadership role in corporate stewardship and sustainability. This is exemplified by CCR operating the largest commercial fleet of Hybrid Electric trucks in North America. Prior to joining CCR, Saltzgiver served as the State of Georgia Fleet Director overseeing a vehicle fleet of 20,000 assets. Prior to Georgia, Saltzgiver served as a fleet management consultant with Mercury Associates Incorporated, North America s largest dedicated fleet management consultation company. Additionally, Saltzgiver served 12 years as Fleet Director for the State of Utah s fleet of 10,000 plus assets. Saltzgiver holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Management (BSBM), a Master of Arts Degree in Organizational Management (MAOM) and a various array of fleet industry and management certifications. 2
ANTHONY EIERMANN MANAGER, FLEET ASSET (Coca-Cola Refreshments) Tony Eiermann is a Fleet Asset Manager with Coca-Cola Refreshments, Inc. In his current role, he is responsible for the planning, ordering, tracking, payment and accounting of approximately 130 million dollars in annual capital funds expended throughout North America. Tony has over 15 years of asset management and procurement experience. He has served as the Senior Procurement Specialist prior to his current role of Asset Manager for Coca-Cola Enterprises since February, 2009. In this role he was responsible for strategic sourcing and negotiating contracts for over $250 million in goods and services. Prior to this, he served in the same capacity of Senior Procurement Specialist PET where he provided analytical support of multi-billion dollar spend in commodities of PET and ingredients, as well as developing and improving information gathering processes, database design and systems development. Tony attended Armstrong State College where he majored in Business Administration. 3
RON JARVIS Vice President, Environmental Innovation/Sustainability (The Home Depot) Ron Jarvis joined The Home Depot in February 1995 as a Product Merchandise Manager. Since then he has held various positions in merchandising and operations. Those include Divisional Merchandise Manager, Environmental Global Product Manager, Merchandising Vice President, VP- Environmental Innovation and Senior Vice President of Pro Business, Tool Rental and Environmental Innovation. Ron now leads all of The Home Depot sustainability efforts as Vice President of Environmental Innovation/Sustainability and Chairman of the Environmental Council. Ron is a member of the Yale Forest Forum, a Board member of The Home Depot Foundation as well as an Outward Bound Board member. A native of North Carolina, Ron holds a BA degree from North Carolina State University 4
SARAH SCOTT Dir./Manager, Environmental Health & Safety (Covidian-formerly Tyco Healthcare) Sarah has over eighteen years of diverse experience in environmental, health and safety (EHS) program development & management; sustainability in operations; corporate social responsibility; compliance & management systems auditing; strategic planning & execution; risk management; potent compound development and management; business continuity planning; and security. Sarah has experience in the Consulting, Railroad, Food Research and Development, and Aviation industries. She also has over ten years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry. Sarah is a strategic leader and consensus-builder for achieving shorter- and longer-term business and EHS objectives. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Master of Engineering in Environmental Engineering from Old Dominion University. Sarah resides in Raleigh, NC with her husband and daughter where she is the Environmental Health and Safety Manager for the Covidien Raleigh Pharmaceutical API facility. 5
MEGAN GARRY Manager, Corporate Sustainability (Norfolk Southern Corporation) Megan Garry is manager corporate sustainability for Norfolk Southern Corporation. As sustainability manager for a major freight transportation company, Megan supports Norfolk Southern in its mission to deliver a return for shareholders while also delivering value to its employees, engaging with surrounding communities, and protecting the environment. Recently, she helped develop and implement Norfolk Southern's carbon mitigation strategy and has worked to enhance communications with the company s sustainability stakeholders. Ms. Garry graduated cum laude from both Whitman College and Washington & Lee University School of Law. She was elected to Phi Beta Kappa while at Whitman College. While at W&L, Megan served as Executive Editor to the Journal of Energy, Climate, and the Environment and as Environmental Law Society Vice President. 6
