P a g e 3 Tammy s Kitchen Dill Pickle Dip Ingredients 1(8 oz.) package cream cheese, at room temperature 1 cup chopped dill pickles ¼ cup finely chopped sweet onion 2 tbsp. pickle juice Directions Stir cream cheese in a bowl with a spoon until smooth. Stir in dill pickles, onion, pickle juice, dill weed, salt and pepper until evenly distributed. Refrigerate before serving at least 1 hour. 1 tsp. dried dill weed ½ tsp. kosher salt & pepper Phyllo Brie Cups Ingredients Directions 1 (8 oz.) wedge Brie Cheese, Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. rind removed, cut into Line a baking sheet with 1-inch pieces parchment paper. 15 frozen phyllo tart cups Arrange phyllo cups on the Baking sheet. Place one piece ½ cup raspberry preserves Brie cheese in each phyllo cup. Top with ½ tsp. raspberry Preserves. Bake in the preheated oven until Brie is melted, about 7 minutes.
