We possess globally advanced technologies and equipments, our production lines are capable of manufacturing 200,000 tons of PET chips and 290,000 tons of PET yarn annually. The raw materials of polyester yarn are imported from reputed companies: Purified TerephthalicAcid (PTA) from Sumsung of Korea and BP of UK Ethylene Glycol (EG) from SABIC of Saudi Arabia. Two lines of 450 MT/day continuous polymerization system composite the specialty technologies from both Kaneboof Japan and Zimmer of Germany, enabling us to produce bright polyester chips of industrial yarn grade. Buhler SSP system composites two separate lines for increasing the viscosity of polyester chips: one for high tenacity and the other for low shrinkage and super low shrinkage.
The 2-for-1 Twisting machine can produce twisted yarn from 420D-18,000D at 30-130 TPM (S or Z). Spinning, drawing and winding system use Barmag sone step process, which can produce yarn from 250D to 6,000D. Air-jet multiply machine can produce yarn from 4,000D-100,000D.
