Manufacturing of wooden windows THE HIGHEST QUALITY WOODEN WINDOWS AND DOORS Our windows are made of three layer wooden beams glued with waterproof glue, which is well characterized. Each wooden layer is glued in opposite directions of wood flutes in order to prevent the wooden parts of the window from cracking and tearing and to ensure that wood won't be deformed. The main supplier provides pine beams with FSC certificate (the sign of responsible forestry, which proves responsibility and care of world forests) and quality certificate from Germany Institute of Window Technology Ift Roseinheim, complying with HO.10 (QM309:2002) directive for technological process and quality requirements for glued wooden beam. The manufacture is processed with computerized equipment produced by the leaders in wood processing - WEINING and OKOMO from Germany. This enables to produce windows qualitatively, quickly and with high precision. Painting Painting is a very important step in wooden windows manufacturing. Proper preparation of wooden surface provides attractive look and surface protection. We use high-quality and certificated paint products and coatings from Teknos (Finland). These paints and coatings are produced for Scandinavian weather conditions, as a result, they are more resistant for the impact of negative external environment. The materials from Teknos are water-based, that means they have less volatile organic compounds and heavy metal additives than it is required by the legislation. Glass The major part of the window consists of glass, therefore characteristics of its visual, thermal and acoustic insulation are important for the quality of the window. We use certificated glass units of a well-known company that can produce various glass: energy saving (selective), sound isolating, sunlight controlling, safe (laminated, tempered), tinted, matted, patterned glasses. Glass units are manufactured in accordance with ISO 9001 quality standard. The quality of these products is confirmed by Danish Technological Institute (Denmark) and "Hutchinson Ltd (Germany) laboratory certificates, as a result it allows us ensure the quality of our production. Glass units of one or two chambers could be placed into the window. The heat transfer coefficient for two glasses is 1,12W/(m².K), while for three glasses 0.58W/(m².K). The thickness of glass in a window profile Softline IV68 is 24-36 mm. The thickness of glass in a window profile Softline IV78 is 34-44 mm. Fittings The quality of the window also depends on window fittings because fittings include all the technical elements needed for opening or closing the window, micro ventilation and protection from housebreaking. Firm and high-quality fittings (made in Germany) are used for windows manufactured by our company. Windows covered with aluminium Iv68 and IV78 Aluminium are windows profiles covered with aluminium. European windows profiles are covered with GUTMANN CORA, while Scandinavian windows profiles are covered with GUTMAN NORDWIN aluminium screens from Germany. Aluminium helps to protect wooden windows from the negative external effects, such as: rain, dust, heat, frost, mechanical damages etc. The main advantages and technical characteristics: Especially wide choice of colours from the RAL palette. Aluminium edges are leaned by the angle of 20, it makes drain of water much easier, protects from dirt, dust and snow accumulation. Aluminium profile angles are connected by the angle of 45 with special screws; therefore, the junction is especially precise. Aluminium profile construction has a special wood ventilation system, which contributes to quality and durability of our production. Windows covered with aluminium could be manufactured in various shapes (round, oval, trapezium). Aluminium rounded dashboard's strip removes humidity excess.

We offer high-quality, long-lasting, various designs solid wood or shielding doors. Solid wood interior doors are designed for people who like natural products. These doors are made of ash and pine wood. Wide choice of colours from stain palette is possible. Various types of glass could be inserted into the leaf by using framesand decorative strips. Shielding doors consist of the jambs and leaf. The jamb is made from pine wood and glued with MDF plate. According to the request of the customer it is possible to inscribefretwork on the leaf. Various types of glass could be inserted as well. If the threshold is required we can make it from the hardwood (ash or oak). The hinges are easily adjusted and could be hidden by covers which colour could be metallic, white, brown or golden. We use high quality ABLOY and ASSA locks. The doors are stained, varnished and painted with Milesi (Italia) and Tikkurila (Sweden) finishing materials. Door measurement could vary widely according to the technical norms.
