Produce materials that will in next production phase trim to cutsheet laser compatible size, remain flat and laser personalize on cutsheet lasers.

Determine if component is generic or if it requires personalization cutsheet lasering, continuous form lasering or ink-jetting. If Generic- component can deliver from printer to lettershop folded or trimmed to size ready to go right to Inserter If personalizing piece need to determine best method of personalization which impacts how final piece finishes.
How does piece fold? 1s/2p- fold in thirds, head out 2s/4p- slit, nest, folds in thirds, head out double parallel (half and then half again Trim to size, flat (if inserting flat) Provide details on how to correctly back up front to back.
Continuous Form Personalization-- Fan Fold or on Rolls When quoting provide final trim size and printer/mailshop will help work up correct cont. form layout. Example- 8-1/2 x 11 trim size--- Cont form layout- 18 x 11, 2-up cont, including pinfeeds Pinfeeds are generally 1/2 left and 1/2 right OR 9/16 left and 7/16 right. Pinfeeds sizes are determined by mailshops laser equipment capabilities
