The BLM500 Book Maker is a complete book-making system that produces high-quality, square-spine books from eight to 200 pages, inline or offline. It combines stitching, folding, spineforming and face-trimming in a single machine. Finished books have the superior, square-spine appearance of a perfect-bound book, but with the security of a stitched spine, making them flat and easy to pack, stack and handle with no risk of loose pages. The BLM200 Booklet Maker links directly online to an printer. For maximum flexibility, you can combine optional modules to configure virtually any desired solution. The booklet maker handles booklets of up to 100 pages, with optional facetrimming to widths from 4.75" to 8.66". 6 Integrated stacking for nonstop productivity For unattended operation for long periods of time and virtually nonstop productivity, integrate your production printer with the integrated High Capacity Stacker (ihcs) to produce perfectly stacked document output. The ihcs, which requires minimal operator intervention, is a great way to boost productivity in highvolume printing environments. Seamless integration with your production printer ensures continuous operation. The stacker automatically adjusts to the media types and sizes supported by the printer and can be unloaded without interrupting printing. An integral bypass makes it easy to connect other finishing options. An optional PowerLift provides an easy, convenient way to unload and transport stacks of paper.
