a) b) c) 12-Month Calendar 1. Neatly stack the cut out calendar pages and pinch into office binder clip. The exposed edge should be the tops of the pages. 2. Use an artist's brush and brush a thick layer of glue along the top edge of the clipped pages. Allow to dry thoroughly. 3. Fold the backing stand in the shape of a tent and glue tab to inside of the back. 4. If pages are dry, slather a spot of glue to the front of the backing. 5. Stick calendar book against glue spot. Desk Blotter 1. Cut blotter and corners. 2. Take one corner and position it to match the lower left corner of this photo. a) Fold triangle a, b) Fold triangle b, c) Fold triangle c and glue to surface of triangle b. 3. Repeat for 3 other corners. 4. Paint a little dab of glue to the reverse side of corners of the blotter and slip the corners you made onto the blotter. Address Book 1. Cut out panels and carefully cut around the alpha tags. 2. Fold each page down the middle and use the gluestick to bond the blank sides together. 3. Stack pages in office binder clip and paint glue along spine area of pages. Allow to dry. 4. Take cover and crease perimeter tabs against metal ruler for perfect folds. Glue the tabs in place. Fold spine area after tabs are dry.. 5. Glue end boards to inside of cover. 6. Paint glue to pages spine area again and place against cover s spine area. Let it open slightly so you do not get glue on the pages. Prop it loosely between two stable items while the book dries. Shoe/Boot Box Assembly 1. Use a blade tool to cut items that have tight spots. 2. Begin with the main box and fold the item against the metal ruler's edge. Without clean folds, your miniature pieces may not fit correctly into each other. 3. Place glue on the first side tab and use a pair of tweezers to create a strong bond. Let dry and repeat on all four tabs. 4. Repeat step for all four tabs found on box lid.

Pencil 1. Cut out pencil. 3. Glue disk to bottom edge of cylinder to create the base. 2. Use a needle or blade tool to press a crease along large end where dotted line appears, as shown in the illustration. This helps in the rolling process. 3. You may want to fold one more time before you start rolling the pencil piece. However, this is how it should look. 4. Roll pencil as tightly as possible. Start over if the roll is not straight and tight. Perfume Box 1. Perfume box is a simple box. Start by folding into box shape. 2. and gluing the side tab. Glue 5. Spread a very thin layer of glue to length of end. Hold the seam until glue is thoroughly dry. 6. Use pink and black paint or felt tip pens to color eraser and lead ends to cover white paper and add realism to your pencils. 3. Close the top and bottom. Pencil Container 1. Roll container s cylinder to edge of stripe pattern. 2. Glue end edge.

Shopping Bag 1. Cut out all pieces. 3. Fan-fold length of doubled tissue. 2. Not shown: roll handles around shafted tool such as a pen or pencil. This will help you get a natural curve to your handle. 3. Take first handle and glue end to blank inner surface of the bag. See the tick marks on the printed side for handle positioning. Allow to dry after glueing each handle end, it will make this task much easier. 4. Glue the other end of handle when first position has dried. Repeat these steps for other side. 5. Fold bag piece against straight edge to get nice creases. Slather a layer of glue to the long side tab. Use tweezers to press bond between tab and side of bag. 4. Staple base of fan-folded length. 5. Separate folded halves of tissue to create fluff and volume. 6. Place tissue in bag part way. 6. Place glue to two small tabs on bottom of bag. Press long non-logo panel to them. 7. Use a toothpick to gently press down stuffing into the bag, so as not to smash the fluff. 7. Place glue to non-logo side and press logo side to it. Tissue Bag Stuffer 1. Tissue panel should be approximately 12-18 times the width of the bag and 2.5 times the bag height. 2. Take tissue and fold lengthwise. make one side slightly wider than the other, unlike the photo.

Stationery Caddy 1. Fold desk caddy box shape. Powder Box 1. Roll the long panel around a thick pen so the curve is good. 2. Use the artist's brush and paint glue to side tabs found on box shape. Use tweezers to press down glued seams. 2. 2. Glue the end of the curl in place. 3. Fold down and glue the lining for opening s edges. This gives the box opening a finished appearance. 3. Dab the top edge of the cylinder with glue. 4. Take base and fold in half. Glue blank sides together. Glue to bottom of the box. 4. Place the cap onto the glue ridge. 5. Fold four sides of envelope as straight as possible. 5. Glue the bottom disk in place. 6. Glue three flaps together. Repeat for other three envelopes 7. Display stationery in caddy. Talc Shaker 1. Assembly is similar to the Powder box. Roll long piece and glue edge. 2. Glue pink top in place. 3. Roll faux gold long piece and glue edge. 4. Glue faux gold disk on top of the cylinger to form cap. 5. Glue cap to body of shaker.

Portfolio Clutch 1. Fold using a straight-edge ruler for perfectly straight folds. 4. Turn box right side up and use the end of the paint brush or cotton swab to press bond on tabs. 2. Paint glue to the front tabs. Use tweezers to glue to inside blank side of clutch. 3. Repeat the above step for tabs on the back side. 5. Glue the outside disk to the bottom of the box. 4. Here s the final shape. 5. Cut the Grace Drayton panels as stuffers for the portfolio 6. Repeat the above steps when making the lid. A New Series of Dolly Dingle Cut-Outs by Grace G. Drayton Dolly Dingle of Dingle Dell by Grace G. Drayton Dolly Dingle s Cousin Gladys Gives A Fancy Dress Party by Grace G. Drayton 7. Press bond on lid tabs. The lid is a perfect fit! Paneled Hat Box 1. Cut out pieces. Fold tabs found along the base of both main long pieces. Fold against your metal ruler to ensure perfect alignment. NOTE: the photo sample is ribbed (8-sided). Your hat boxes are perfectly round. The only difference is you will not fold ribs. 2. Glue side tab on box to make a cylinder. Do the same for the lid. Paint glue with a brush. Use the quick-grab, fast-dry craft glue. 3. Make sure the inside disk panel fits well into the box and the tabs rest onto the disk. Paint glue onto the underside of the tabs and press down. Constructing the hatbox this way ensures the finished shape will be perfectly round and the lid will fit properly. 8. Follow the previous shopping bag stuffer tutorial to make hat box tissue stuffer.
