She is the owner of Eisenhart Consulting Group, a consulting firm dedicated to helping insurance organizations become extraordinary. Bill Cundiff, Jr., CIC, AAI A 40 year veteran of the insurance industry, Bill focuses on developing training programs using integrated training methods based on job competency. He has managed independent agencies and owned a general insurance agency before beginning his own training and consulting firm in 1994. Annette Ardler, CPIW, DAE, AIAM Account Executive with Virginia Financial Services Corporation (a wholly owned subsidiary of IIAV) handling E&O, commercial umbrella, EPLI and cyber liability coverages. She has over 25 years of experience with professional liability insurance on both the company and agency sides. She is also an instructor with IIAV for E&O, Ethics and Laws & Regulations. Doug Palais, Esq. A seasoned trial lawyer and counselor with 35 years of experience. Doug concentrates his practice in Professional Liability; Errors & Omissions Defense of Insurance and Securities Professionals; Directors & Officers Liability Defense; Securities Litigation and Arbitration. Joe Hudgins, CPCU Technical Consultant for Independent Insurance Agents of Virginia. He has over 45 years of experience in the P&C insurance industry in Virginia. Mike Beavers, CPCU, CIC, CIE Chief of Investigations for the Virginia State Corporation Commission Bureau of Insurance. He has over 27 years of experience.
