There is a time for public participation during the meeting as indicated on the agenda. All cell phones should be turned off during board meetings. Citizens of the Tri-Valley School District and employees who wish to speak with the Board are requested to keep items presented as brief as possible. Grant approval for German Instructor, John Furek to take selected TVHS students and parents on a German field experience in June 2014. The trip is to be arranged through Education Foundation and will last 9 days. Fundraising will be conducted through the TV German Boosters Organization. The TV Marching Band has moved the date of the Orlando, FL trip from Christmas Break 2013 to Christmas break 2014. Additional information will be provided at a later meeting for reapproval. c.) Approve the request for approximately 90 T.V. Middle School and High School band members and advisors to travel to Kings Island on Saturday, May 11, 2013. Cost will be covered by the individual; travel will be by T.V. School busses. There will be at least one chaperone for every ten students. d.) Grant approval to the T.V.H.S. & M.S. Archery Team and their coach, Russ Faulhaber to travel to Louisville, KY Thursday, May 9th, to compete in the National Archery Tournament on Friday, May 10, 2013. No transportation is needed and volunteer archery coaches and parents will serve as chaperones. e.) Approve the 9 th grade, JV & Varsity Boys Basketball team to attend the University of Pittsburgh team camp, June 21-23, 2013. All expenses will be paid by the boys basketball boosters. The entire basketball staff and parents will serve as chaperones during the trip.

f.) Approve the master agreement with the district s classified staff (OAPSE Local 351) as presented. g.) Grant approval to the Superintendent and legal counsel to take necessary actions to petition for forfeiture and/or acquisition of real property in Muskingum County Court of Common Pleas Case No. CV 2012-0027 and to receive or otherwise obtain all the right, title, claim and interest of this property.
