He decided it was time to make a change and left the world of finance in Florida to move to San Diego. He began juicing daily, eating clean and working out smarter. I highly recommend you spend a little more money and get a slow juicer to ensure you get the most nutrients extracted from your food. The problem with cheap juicers is that they are cheap. They will ultimately cost you more money in wasted produce than if you simply spent a little more on the front end. 8 the show notes. #3 Clear your calendar. If you don t already treat your calendar as sacred space, now is the time to begin this practice. The best way to begin is to clear your calendar and start over. Only add in the absolutely necessary events, commitments, and tasks. Keep everything else stored somewhere else, like a few lists in Evernote or your task manager, like Nozbe. As you progress through your week, only add items that must be added and keep the rest of your calendar clear. You ll be surprised how quickly your time is used up and just how important it is to be highly selective with what you say yes to.
