Paper trimmer, scissors, scoring tool or bone folder and scoring board, postage edge scissors (optional), adhesive dots, tape runner, foam 3D adhesive, white acrylic paint (with foam dauber/brush), sanding block. 1. Cut red cardstock to 10 x 7 inches. Score at 5 inches to create a top-fold, 7 x 5-inch card. 2. From a sheet of December Cut-Apart paper, carefully trim the postcard, postage stamp image, and the December border strip. (Use postage-edge decorative scissors to trim out the postage stamp image, if desired.) 3. From the Sentiments paper, trim out the Be Merry sentiment. 4. From the reverse of a sheet of December Cut- Apart paper, trim a 6 7/8 x 4 7/8 section of the pattern, from the Christmas border to the green floral print. Attach the panel to card front 11. Attach the Ornate Metal Keys Staples (painted white at the start of the project) to the small, blue star. Add a small, red gem to the key. 12. Create a loopy bow from red and natural twine. To make a loopy bow, wrap the twine around your fingers a few times. Slide the twine off your fingers and pinch it in the middle. Tie the pinched area with a short length of twine. Trim all the twine tails. Glue the bow to the chipboard tag. 13. Add a large, red gem to the top of the bow. 14. Attach the Be Merry sentiment to the right side of the postcard image with foam dimensional adhesive. Use stars provided, use gold instead of blue 6. Trim the postcard and attach it to the center of the card, approximately 1/2 inch from the bottom edge. 7. Attach the postage stamp image to the upper right corner of the postcard image. 8. Attach the chipboard tag to the lower left corner of the postcard image. Attach a red gem to the left side of the chipboard tag. 9. Using a die cutting system, or the templates provided, cut three stars from cardstock. Cut one extra-large green star, one large red star, and one medium blue star. If using Core dinations cardstock, gently sand the stars to make them look shabby. 10. Using foam dimensional adhesive, attach the 15. Place In Time - December Card "Happy Holiday Time!" 3. From the reverse of a sheet of December Cut- Apart paper, trim cream mistletoe paper to 3 x 4 7 8. Attach the paper to the top of the card, leaving a 1 16 border around the outside edges. 4. Cut a second piece of the cream mistletoe paper to 4 x 4 7 8. Attach the paper to the bottom of the card, leaving a 1 16 border around the outside edges. The two pieces of paper will overlap approximately 2 3 4 from the top of the card. 5. Trim the "merry and bright" border strip to 4 7 8 and attach to the card front to cover the seam. 6. Trim green cardstock to inches 6 1 2 x 2 1 2 and attach to the right side of the card. 9. Trim sentiment from Place in Time Sentiments paper. Attach the sentiment to the bottom, left side of the main image using foam dimensional adhesive. 10. Place three self-adhesive gems onto the lower right corner of the green floral paper. 11. Using a die cutting system, or the templates provided (on page 3), cut three stars from cardstock. Cut one large red star, one medium blue star, and one small green star. If using Core'dinations cardstock, gently sand the stars to make them look shabby. 7. From the reverse of a sheet of December Cut-Apart paper, trim the green floral paper to 6 3 8 x 2 3 8 and attach to the green cardstock panel. 8. Trim the "Santa and children" image from a sheet of December Cut-Apart paper to approximately 4 7 8 x 3 1 8. Mat with red cardstock if desired. Using foam dimensional adhesive, attach the image to the front of the card, approximately 1 from the top and left edges. 12. Using foam dimensional adhesive, attach the stars to the upper right corner of the card as show. 13. Attach the Ornate Metal Key Staple (painted white at the start of the project) to the chipboard tag with red twine. Place In Time - December Card A Happy Christmas to You 3. From a sheet of December Cut- Apart paper, trim the Happy Holidays and green floral section to 4 1/8 x 5 3/8 inches. Attach the panel to the card front. 4. Trim the tree border strip to 4 1/8 inches and attach to the card front, slightly overlapping the two different prints. 5. Cut one banner from the green floral paper and one banner from the mistletoe paper. Attach both banners to the upper right corner of the card as shown. Bend the banner tails slightly. 6. Trim the tag image and attach at an angle to the upper left of the card. Trim the December journaling tag and tear the bottom edge as shown. Ink the tag with brown ink and attach it to the middle of the card. 7. Trim the Santa postage stamp image with decorative scissors and attach it to the card with foam dimensional adhesive. 8. Attach the chipboard image to the center of the card as shown. 9. Create a loopy bow from green silk ribbon. To make a loopy bow, wrap the ribbon around your fingers a few times. Slide the ribbon off your fingers and pinch it in the middle. Tie the pinched area with a short length of ribbon (or a bit of thread). Trim all the ribbon tails. 10. Glue the loopy bow to the left side of the card, at the top of the paper tag image. 11. Attach the Ornate Metal Keys Staples (painted white at the start of the project) to the paper tag, slipping it under the edge of the ribbon. 12. Place a red gem over the knot in the center of the ribbon. 13. Using the template provided cut a small ornament shape from red cardstock. NO TEMPLATE WAS PROVIDED. USE RED STAR INSTEAD. 14. Attach the ornament to the upper right corner of the card with foam dimensional adhesive. Add a small, red gem to the ornament shape. 15. Trim December Foundations paper (or cream cardstock ) to 4 1/8 x 5 3/8 inches and attach to the inside of the card. 16. Trim the tree border cut from a sheet of December Cut-Apart paper to 4 7/8 inches and attach to the bottom of the inside panel. 17.
