Susana Zoghbi, PhD Researcher, KU Leuven My research interests lie at the intersection of computer vision and natural language processing, and include deep learning, topic modeling and graphical models. Specifically, I am interested in developing end-to-end learning architectures to jointly detect finegrained attributes on both images and text. Ekaterina Volkova-Volkmar, Lead Data Scientist, Codec Ekaterina Volkova-Volkmar is a lead data scientist at Codec. Prior to this role she was a data scientist in the field of digital health. She finished her PhD at the Max Planck Institute for Biological Cybernetics in Tübingen, Germany, in 2014. Henry Powell, PhD Candidate, University of Warwick Henry is a doctoral candidate at the University of Warwick with a research focus on theoretical cognitive science and robotics, particularly how low level dynamic and computational control of motor action can affect human-human and human-robot interaction. Dima Karamashuk, Senior Data Scientist, Skyscanner Dima is a Senior Data Scientist at Skyscanner where his focus is on applying data mining and machine learning techniques for optimizing content caching and distribution. Arnau Ramosa, Sr Computer Vision Researcher, Wide Eyes Technologies Since 2015 Arnau is working as a computer vision researcher at Wide Eyes Tech. His research interests include object classification and detection, image retrieval, robot vision and natural language processing.
