MOSR RH DOOR OPENING (AS FACTORY ASSEMBLED) MOSR LH DOOR OPENING THE MATKI ONE RECESS SLIDER IS FACTORY BUILT AS RH DOOR OPENING. FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS IN THIS BOOKLET TO REVERSE FOR LH DOOR OPENING.

IMPORTANT TOOLS REQUIRED Msonry Drill it 6mm, Tpe Mesure, Screw Drivers, Sfety Glsses, Electric Drill, Level, Pencil, Ajustle Spnners, Non Slip Gloves Before isposing of crton n/or commencing ssemly, plese check ll the prts to scertin tht none re missing n they re ll unmge. Ensure tht the prouct cn e fixe to soli msonry wll or suitle timer stu work gre C6/C4 in the re ehin the wll frmes. 4. Shower trys or tile floors must e solutely level where enclosures re fitte 5. If fitting try we recommen ringe test is crrie out efore the try is tile in position. 6. The ssemly shoul e instlle onto wterproof wll covering n instlle fter the try n wll coverings re in plce. Trys with tiling lips shoul e let into the wll with the tiling lip flush with the wll to llow the tiling to overlp the tiling lip. 7. Sel etween try n tiles. Remove ny excess selnt from the re/joint etween the try n the tiles where the wll mount is to e fitte. This will ensure the wll mount fits correctly to the wll n try/or tile floor. CAUTION: TEMPERED GLASS CANNOT BE CUT, POLISHED METAL AND CHROME CAN BE SCRATCHED. CAREFULLY REMOVE ASSEMBLY FROM CARTON, DO NOT PLACE GLASS ON HARD FLOOR OR EXPOSE EDGES TO IMPACT. DO NOT CUT TOP TRACK IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Remove n set sie the threshol cover from the horizontl threshol. Plce the horizontl threshol into position on try. (If fitting close to the front ege of the try tke into ccount tht the front fce of the fixe pnel wll mount sits.5mm in front of the threshol). Position the fixe pnel wll mount on to the wll over threshol (wll mount hs top n ottom, Wll mount cut-out with socket set screw is the top of the wll mount). Ensure the threshol juster fits up into the ck of the wll mount extrusion in the recess s shown. Ajust position of threshol juster s require, to just loosen screw full turn, re-tighten fter justment, o not over tighten. Plum the wll mount for upright n mrk the fixing holes in the centre of the slots.. Drill 3 x fixing holes in the wll n insert wll plugs. Clen re n pply silicon selnt to the re ehin the wll mount etween the try n tiles n 00mm up the wll, centrl to the with of the wll mount. Fit the wll mount using the No.8 x 3mm Pn He Screws

Plum the wll mount for upright n mrk the fixing holes in the centre of the slots.. Drill 3 x fixing holes in the wll n insert wll plugs. Apply e of silicon long the outer insie ege of the threshol juster in the recess provie () in the threshol extrusion n roun either sie of the recess where the oor guie fits into the threshol extrusion (). c. Lightly wet the ege of the fixe pnel with sopy wter n gently lower the pnel own into the threshol extrusion first then long into the wll mount.. As guie the en of the fixe pnel shoul e positione.5mm wy from the cut out in the threshol trck () further slight justments my e require uring the fitting of the closure pnel. e. Repet s ove (-c) for the closure pnel. Note, the extrusion glue to the ottom of the closure pnel is offset. The expose glss ege fits into the wll mount. f. Re-fit the oor guie (). Set the istnce etween the fixe glss pnel n closure glss pnel using the threshol cover. The threshol cover shoul fit tightly etween the closure pnel glss n the oor guie (f). g. Apply e of silicon long the insie length of the threshol in the recess t the front of the trck where the threshol cover will fit (f). Clip the threshol cover into the threshol extrusion.

To reverse the Top Trck for LH Door opening see Stge 5. Before fitting the top trck plum the glss pnels for verticl n ensure the entrnce imension is correct.. Lower the top trck into position, ensuring the top trck glss clmp, clmps roun the top fce of the fixe glss pnel ().. Fit oth the wll mount top cps into the ck of the wll mount. Ajust s require. c. The top trck cn e juste left or right to centrlise etween the Wll mounts. Tighten the top trck glss clmp y tightening the socket set screws on oth sies (c).. Importnt - tighten the top trck locking screws unerneth the top trck on oth wll mounts to fix the top trck into position. e. Fit the glss clmp covers (supplie in the kit of prts) over oth sies of the top trck glss clmps.

Before fitting the top trck plum the glss pnels for verticl n ensure the entrnce imension is correct.. Rotte the trck y 80 so tht the roller lock thres re still fcing towrs the insie of the unit. Remove the wll mount top cps swp to the opposite sies () Remove n re-fit the top trck glss clmp y swpping to the other sie of the trck, so it is fcing ownwrs (). c. Lower the top trck into position, ensuring the top trck glss clmp, clmps roun the top fce of the fixe glss pnel (c).. Fit oth the wll mount top cps through the top of the trck n into the wll mount (). c. The top trck cn e juste left or right to centrlise etween the Wll mounts. Tighten the top trck glss clmp y tightening the socket set screws on oth sies (c).. Importnt - tighten the top trck locking screws unerneth the top trck on oth wll mounts to fix the top trck into position. e. Fit the glss clmp covers (supplie in the kit of prts) over oth sies of the top trck glss clmps.

STAGE 6 e THE DOOR IS FACTORY ASSEMBLED AS A RH DOOR OPENING TO REVERSE THE ROLLER BLOCKS FOR LH OPENING SEE DETAIL BELOW (e) LH DOOR RH DOOR (AS FACTORY ASSEMBLED) c x ANTI-CLOCKWISE = ADJUSTS DOOR DOWN CLOCKWISE = ADJUSTS DOOR UP x e LOCK ANTI-CLOCKWISE 80 TO CHANGE ROLLER BLOCKS TO LH DOOR OPENING. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN 3 ANTI-CLOCKWISE = ADJUSTS DOOR IN CLOCKWISE = ADJUSTS DOOR OUT OUTSIDE FACE x x This stge is escriing fitting of the Door Pnel. To reverse the Door to LH Door opening (e) remove the Roller lock ssemle to the oor glss using the roller lock key provie in the kit of prts n n justle spnner. Rotte the lock to the opposite sie of the oor glss n re-fit. Do not overtighten.. Importnt - Fit the plstic threshol protectors to the Threshol trck t either sie of the Door opening.. Lo the oor glss firstly onto the threshol protectors n oor guie n then crefully guie the oor up to the oor roller thres n win them through the oor roller locks fixe to the glss. c. Remove oth the cror top trck oor roller guies y pulling the ts n unfoling them wy from the top trck.. Ajust the oor pnel if require so tht it runs prllel to the oor opening y justing the Roller locks on the insie of the oor. To just the oor wy from the top trck rotte the centrl set screw clockwise using the 4mm llen Key. To just the oor to the top trck, rotte the centrl set screw nti-clockwise. The oor glss cn lso e rise or lowere y the justment screw in the top of the roller lock using the 3mm llen key supplie. Rotte clockwise to rise the oor, rotte nti-clockwise to lower the oor. Lock the justment y rotting the set screw nti-clockwise in the ottom of the roller lock using the 3mm llen key supplie.

STAGE 7 MODELS 00 00 500 000 MODEL ONLY c HANDLE INNER IN DISK KIT OF PARTS ALL CAPS SHOWN ON THIS PAGE CAN BE FOUND IN THE KIT OF PARTS This stge is escriing the fitting of the Door Hnle n cover cps. Fit the x oor roller lock covers (supplie in the kit of prts) to the ck of the oor roller locks.. Disssemle the hnle y unscrewing the x M5 x 6 Csk socket screws. Plce the glss wshers either sie of the holes in the oor glss. Re-ssemle the hnle to the glss n tighten into position. Fit the Cover cps (supplie in the kit of prts) to either sie of the hnle. For the 000 moel, ssemle the hnle with the M5 x 35 CSK screw. The Hnle Inner is in the etil pck. The hnle is flush fitting on the outsie of the oor. c. Fit the oor guie screw cover (supplie in the kit of prts) to the oor guie.

DOOR GLASS STAGE 8 000 MODEL ONLY 00 / 00 / 500 MODELS c 00mm 00mm e This stge is escriing fitting of the Sels n Silicon. Apply e of silicon long the top of the oor guie. Fit the fixe pnel verticl sel (shorter of the 3 sels) to the ege of the fixe pnel, ensuring it is presse firmly ginst the fce of the oor guie. For 000 Moel use the prt sel.. Apply e of silicon long the top of the threshol cover where it meets the closure pnel. Fit the closure pnel verticl sel to the ege of the closure pnel, ensuring the sel sits firmly own onto the fce of the threshol cover. c. Fit the Door verticl sel to the ck ege of the oor glss, the ottom of the sel shoul e line up with the top of the rius t the corner of the glss.. Apply thin e of silicon long the ottom ege of oth the wll mounts n ll the wy up the outsie of oth the wll mount extrusions etween the wll mounts n the tiles. Apply thin e ll the wy long the threshol etween the extrusion n the finishe floor surfce/try. Continue roun the joint where the threshol joins the wll mounts n lso 00mm up on the outsie where the wll mount n glss meet. Apply e of silicon on the outsie roun the joints etween the oor guie n threshol extrusion (e). Msking tpe cn e use to chieve tiy ege to the selnt. Remove the msking tpe immeitely n llow the silicon to cure for 4 hours efore using the shower.

Wter Softeners n Glss Gur - Certin types of wter softeners increse the lklinity of the wter ue to crry-over of Chlorie uring re-genertion which cn cuse ggressive wter spots on oth untrete n Glss Gure glss. If using wter softener we recommen two-cyliner mchine with utomtic re-genertion inste of timer. If single-cyliner wter softener with timer is lrey instlle it is recommene tht fter ech shower excess wter is remove from the glss with squeegee or with micro-fire cloth. Annul recommene mintennce - Mtki recommen nnully luricting the rrel of the hinge with luricting spry such s WD-40 to remove ust uil-up n to i the movement of the hinge.
