Detailed specifications: 1) Automatic Instrument Transformer Test Set The instrument shall be capable of measuring accuracy of current and voltage transformers with a single instrument. It shall be capable of fully automatic measurement and digital display of current /voltage ratio errors, phase displacement, test current and voltage for any primary and secondary current and voltage ratings. Measurements shall be possible even for different standard and test transformer ratios without using external divider. The instrument shall be designed to have zero flux in the core. The instrument shall be supplied along with calibration certificate from a laboratory accredited in accordance with ISO / IEC 17025 for full range of 1 % to 210 % at both 1 A and 5 A

Standard Electronic Voltage Divider The system shall comprise of a control unit with capacitive high voltage dividers. The high voltage divider unit shall consist of a high voltage divider and an electronic device in series constituting a variable electronic divider. Cable must be provided with appropriate connectors for connecting the primary and secondary units of the divider. Length of measuring cable from divider to control unit shall be 10 metres The Control unit and the divider system must be quoted seperately

The instrument shall have facilities for total integration in to an automatic measurement system through RS-232. The instrument shall facilitate extension of power levels upto 200 VA through additional passive burdens without change in accuracy. 8) Bidder s qualification requirement: 9) Pre-Dispatch Inspection -Technical/ service manual - Circuit diagrams of all PCB's 1. Firms having experience in manufacturing of the above system of the cited rating or higher only are eligible to quote. 2. Customers list for the same to be furnished alongwith the offer includind date of supply, contact person, contact number, e-mail id etc. 3. The quotation shall include detailed diagrams of each component, necessary circuit diagrams of the test system, floor area layout, necessary electrical clearance etc. The equipments/instruments of the test set-up will be inspected at site by CPRI representative before satisfactory delivery to CPRI. Further the test-system will also to be checked on actual test at CPRI Lab to prove its performance in testing as per the standards and specifications concerned to the test object intended. Any instrument with specified accuracy limits in the system should have its calibration traceability with National/International accrediated laboratory. 10) Other terms & conditions : All other terms and conditions shall comply with CPRI's purchase procedure. The circuit diagram, operation manuals, maintenance instructions of the test system/equipment/instrument shall be submitted in duplicate to CPRI alongwith the set up. 11) Training : Two days training on operation and maintenance to CPRI engineers shall be provided. 12) Warranty: One year from the date of commissioning. Note : The price for Sl No. 1 to 5 shall be quoted seperately itemwise. For Sl No.3 (Standard electronic voltage divider ) the price shall be seperately quoted for the capacitor and PN: 1. A detailed technical catalogue/phamlet and other details shall be sent in hard copy in a sealed cover super scribing tender enquiry number and due date so as to reach the following address within the time.
