Progress 1.1 Statement of Progress The following tables show the activities and achievements during the period of June 2007 as well as those tasks both delayed or in progress. Note 2 requested Software AG Spain to attend to the CoRD Task Force Meeting held on 4 th of June 2007. Two presentations were given by Software AG Spain. One of them about XBRL Pilot Project and the other one about Custom XML Standards. Note 3 Software AG Spain sent a second draft of STS Analysis document with the whole content to be reviewed by. This action intends to minimise the time spent in the revision process in order to get the final of the deliverable earlier. Note 4 Software AG Spain delivered two drafts of STS Taxonomy to be reviewed by. The first release covered Other Services and Retail sectors and the second one covered Other Services, Retail and Construction sectors. This action intends to minimise the time spent in the revision process in order to get the final of the deliverable earlier. However, the task was brought forward and carried out instead of task 3 activity related to HEDNA standard issue. See note below. Note 7 informed about the new XML standard to be mapped in Task 3 instead of HEDNA standard last 13 th of June 2007.The new standard is HR-HML. This issue was raised in May Progress Report. Due to the issue, this task is behind schedule thus, the new deadline is on 5 th of July 2007. 1.2 Project Meetings The Project Meetings held in the reported period were. Monthly Progress Report no.6 Page 3 2. Deviations 2.1 Issues or Problems Issue description Task 2 Decision on local existing XBRL reports to be made by the NSI active members. The deadline to inform on the existing XBRL report was on 15 th of May 2007. So far, INE has not replied. The deadline to provide existing XBRL instances was on 15 th of June 2007. So far, neither INE nor CBS have provided any instance. Action Items to remind the deadline to the NSI active members that have missed the deadlines. 2.2 Red Flags There is no red flag. 2.3 Deviations from Plan Deviation Description Design and development of STS Area 2 Retail The task finished ahead of schedule Design and development of STS Area 3 Construction The task finished ahead of schedule Task 2 - To inform on the local XBRL report to be mapped. Deviation on 30/06/2007 (in working days) - 9 NA - 20 NA Action Items Deviation related to the issue explained in section 2.1 Issues or Problems. INE have not informed on the local XBRL reports yet. Task 2 - To provide local XBRL instances. Deviation related to the issue explained in section 2.1 Issues or Problems. Because of that management decision, two Test Plan Documents were delivered ahead of schedule.
