Guaranteed Admsson Agreement Between Coege of Lake County And Lake Forest Coege Coege of Lake county and Lake Forest Coege agree to a cooperatve reatonshp through ths Guaranteed Admsson Agreement to better serve students and factate the transfer process. Ths agreement offers Coege of ake County students Guaranteed Admsson to Lake Forest Coege to compete ther Bacheors degree. Students must meet a of the requrements outned n ths agreement to guarantee ther admsson to Lake Forest Coege. 1. Academc Requrements a. Students must compete both ENG 121 and ether ENG 122 or ENG 126 wth grades of cor hgher to meet the Engsh profcency requrements of Lake Forest Coege. Students w not need to submt separate proof of Engsh profcency at the tme of appcaton. b. Students must have graduated from hgh schoo {as evdenced by a hgh schoo dpoma or GED) and compete a mnmum of 30 transferabe credt hours. AP/B credts may be apped toward the 30 semester hours n accordance wth the Lake Forest Coege AP/18 tabes. c. Students are requred to mantan a cumuatve grade pont average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scae on a transferrabe course work taken at the Coege of Lake County for guaranteed admsson. Maor requrements are determned by each academc department. Some maors have specfc grade requrements for certan courses. d. Students are expected to enro and compete genera educaton coursework and coursework requred for admsson nto ther Lake Forest Coege degree program wthn three years of nta enroment n the Guaranteed Admsson program wth a maxmum of 60 semester hours that w be apped to ther baccaaureate degree. Courses numbered ower than 100-eve and courses not deemed transferabe are not ncuded n ths agreement. e. The notfcaton of ntent to partcpate n the Guaranteed Admsson program estabshes the students cataog edton at Lake Forest Coege. Students may opt to seect the cataog edton of the term of entry to Lake Forest Coege as approprate.

By means of a separate Memorandum of Understandng (MOU), at the coeges request, Lake For.:s<:uege w factate the transfer of credt back to the Coege of ake County f students transfer to ake Forest Coege before competng an assocates degree. The reverse transfer MOU enabes the Coege of Lake County to award degrees foowng student transfer. d. Ths agreement s effectve for one year and s subect to annua renewa. Any changes to the program n regards to any part of ths agreement, must be n wrtng so that ths agreement can be re-evauated. Notce of changes sha be provded at east 60 days pror to the frst day of nstructon (at both nsttutons) of the academc year n whch the change w be mpemented. e.
