Egg Harbor Township Ordinance No. 15 2015 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 213 OF THE TOWNSHIP CODE ENTITLED VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC BE IT ORDAINED, by the Township Committee for the Township of Egg Harbor, County of Atlantic and State of New Jersey that: SECTION 1: Chapter 213 of the Township Code, specifically Section 213-22, is hereby amended by deleting it in its entirety and replacing it with the following: 213-22 Through Streets Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:4-140, the streets or parts of streets described in this chapter are hereby designated as through streets. SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall take effect upon final passage, adoption and publication in the manner prescribed by law.
