SINCE 1993 History of RAO/CIS Offshore dates back to 1993 when the Shtokman, Prirazlomny and Sakhalin projects were launched. Outstanding Russian scientists and Arctic researchers were founders of the Conference and Exhibition. The initiative was supported by Norwegian, Finnish and American companies. For over twenty years of its history RAO/CIS Offshore has become the key Russian forum which helped to achieve important technological, economical and political decisions. INTERNATIONAL RECOGNITION RAO/CIS Offshore obtains strong position among the world offshore oil and gas exhibitions and conferences.
