SINCE 1993 History of RAO/CIS Offshore dates back to 1993 when the Shtokman, Prirazlomny and Sakhalin projects were launched. Outstanding Russian scientists and Arctic researchers were founders of the Conference and Exhibition. The initiative was supported by Norwegian, Finnish and American companies. For over twenty years of its history RAO/CIS Offshore has become the key Russian forum which helped to achieve important technological, economical and political decisions. RAO/CIS Offshore offers you a lot of opportunities and facilities to demonstrate scientific knowledge and technological achievements. Total participation for 20+ years: 6500 delegates 1280 companies 23 countries

INTERNATIONAL RECOGNITION RAO/CIS Offshore obtains strong position among the world offshore oil and gas exhibitions and conferences. The event has gained international recognition and along with the largest relevant events in Aberdeen, Stavanger, Houston and Baku, RAO/CIS Offshore is considered to be the central industry event of Russian and international scale. It is no coincidence that RAO/CIS Offshore is held in St. Petersburg. North-West of Russia is the main region involved in the Arctic offshore development.
