Assembly Step 1 Reflector and Mounting Plate a) Place reflector on Mounting Plate. b) Align draining hole on the reflector to the draining hole on the Mounting Plate. c) Mount 8pcs M5x12 screws. d) Tighten the screws with 4,3Nm ± 5%. M5x12 Draining holes Step 2 Bracket For Right side installation the Bracket is installed on the right side and the antenna support is mounted upside down. Left side installation Right side installation a) Mount the Bracket with 2pcs M10x35. For left side installation mount the Bracket on the left side of the Mounting Plate and for right side installation mount the Bracket on right side of the Mounting Plate. b) Tighten the screws with 49Nm ± 5%. Step 3 Customer unique Installation For assembling of Feed and Adapter plates; follow customer unique Installation Instructions. Regarding assembly of vertex plates for 6GHz and 7/8GHz, follow steps below. Vertex plate assembly 6GHz a) Mount Vertex plate 2pcs with 2pcs of screws M3x10. b) Tighten the screws with 0,9Nm ± 5%. c) Mount Hat with 1pc of screw M3x10 and tighten it with 0,9Nm ± 5%. Vertex plates Hat M3x10 Vertex plate assembly 7/8GHz a) Mount Vertex plate 2pcs with 2pcs of screws M4x10. b) Tighten the screws with 2,6Nm ± 5%. Vertex plates M4x10 5(8)
Step 4 Radome Radome 6, 7/8 and 13-23GHz. a) Check that Vertex plates of Feed are mounted for 6 and 7/8 GHz antennas. b) Place Reflector into Radome and align one of the rotational stops on Radome with bottom cut out in Reflector edge. c) Mount Radome to Reflector. Check that the six hooks has snapped around the Reflector edge. d) Check that the second rotational stop on Radome is aligned with top cut out in Reflector. Rotations stop and cut out Radome 10/11 and 24-38GHz. e) Mount 7pcs M4 Clip to Reflector. f) Place Reflector into Radome and align holes in Radome to holes in Reflector. Use screwdriver or equivalent to align. g) Mount 7pcs M4x10 screws (or M4x16 for 10/11GHz) with washers, through Radome, into Reflector and M4 Clips. h) Tighten screws. Step 5 Antenna support. The following steps/pictures describe a left-side installation for right-side installation the bracket is mounted on the right side and the antenna support is mounted upside down. a) Mount M8x16 Screw to Bracket and tighten it with 17Nm ± 5%. M8x16 b) Mount Pivot Bracket to Bracket with M10x30, M10x60 and M10x40 screws. Tighten the screws. M10x30 Pivot Bracket M10x60 M10x40 c) Mount 2pcs M10 Link Screws with nuts to Pivot Bracket using 2pcs M10x30 screws. M10x30 Link screws M10 with Nuts M10x30 d) Mount 4pcs M10x120 screws to Pipe Attachment Bracket. M10x120 Pipe Attachment Bracket e) Mount Pipe Attachment Bracket to Pivot Bracket and Link screws using M10x120 screw and 3pcs M10 Nuts. Tighten the Nuts. f) Mount 2pcs Clamp Brackets and 4pcs M10 Nuts on 4pcs M10x120 screws. Clamp Brackets M10 Nuts g) Hoist and secure antenna to pole (Ø90- Ø120mm) using clamp brackets and nuts. h) Position the antenna so it will point along the radio link path. i) Tighten M10 nuts (4pcs) with 49Nm±5%. Antenna Alignment Elevation adjustment a) Slightly loosen Elevation lock screws. Use Elevation adjuster to adjust elevation ±15. Elevation lock screw M10x30 Elevation lock screw M10x60 Elevation lock screw M10x40 Elevation adjuster ±15 Azimuth adjustment b) Slightly loosen Hinge nut, Azimuth lock screw and azimuth nuts. Use Azimuth nuts on azimuth adjustment link screw to adjust azimuth ±15. Azimuth adjustment link screw ±15 (2pcs) Hinge nut Azimuth lock screw (2pcs) Azimuth nut (4pcs) ±15 c) Tighten all M10 screws (5pcs) and nuts (5pcs) with 49Nm ±5%. 8(8)
