These elements correspond to the listing above. The boxes travel in the hold and the instruments in cabin luggage. For the rest, to simplify the organization for the material s transport, so that it is less expensive, we prefer that the buyer supplies us the missing material for the representation(s). - Behringer X32 or Midas M32 mixer - Projection screen (see technical sheet "video") - Video projector (see technical sheet "video") - Electro-acoustic folk guitar (steel strings) - Six strings banjo - Yamaha P85 keyboard or equivalent with a harpsichord sound
- Mic stand - Music stand (for scores) - Two guitar stands - Mandolin stand - Cables ( XLRs, power strips, 2 jacks) - LR6 batteries (22 for one show) It s important to us to have a X32 or M32 mixer to recall a scene memory on a USB key. Note for the keyboard, if it is not a P85 but an equivalent, it must not exceed 146 cm in length, 30 cm in width and 18 cm in height. This is the dimension of keyboard s box. If there are difficulties in finding one or more of these items on site, please contact Patrice. In this case, we will surely provide the missing material in addition to the material already provided in the transport. Concerning the guitar, banjo and keyboard, we do not ask a specific reference. Please do not provide low-end instruments. Hand luggage : Musicians should be allowed to carry their instruments in carry-on baggage. There are the violin, the mandolin, the clarinet and the bass clarinet. Attention : According to the flight company, the bass clarinet dimensions are too big to be accepted as a carry- on luggage. Bass clarinet: 6 Kg / 60 x 26 x 25 cm / 0.04 m³ Each person in the staff will have a suitcase in the hold. This one allows to carry the personal effects. Checked luggage : The four flight-cases noted above must be able to travel in the hold. Each flight-case weighs less than 32 kg and measures less than 3m (L + W + H). This is a maximum weight and size specifications for most companies to accept checked luggage. Hosting : - 5 single rooms - Internet connection Dressing rooms : Thank you for giving priority to organic and / or local products. - Fresh fruits - Dried fruits (almonds, walnuts, dates...) - Dark chocolate - Beers - Coffee - Tea - Juice - Biscuits - Local specialty
Iron and ironing board Catering : Charly is a vegetarian, thank you for providing meals that do not include meat, cold cuts, fish, seafood and crustaceans. If the show is around 8 pm, we have dinner after the concert. If the show takes place after 8:30 pm, we have dinner before the concert. The meal must be finished at least one hour before the show. Technical : Thank you to provide the adapted technical staff necessary for installation s day and during the show. The staff must, at least, include a sound manager and a light manager. One of them must know the video installation of the place. Thank you to make pre-installation of the lighting plot and video projection. Otherwise the technical implementation of the show before the performance requires at least 2 times 4 hours. Or a half-day of at least 5h if the fire plan and the video projector are already in place before the show. The technical installation takes place in the following order : - Patrice Guigue - sound and video : installation of the FOH (mixer + video), installation of the set (mics, wireless systems, wedges...), (installation of the video projector,) sound settings, video settings and sound check. - Benoit Emorine or Richard Navarro light : (installation of the lighting plot,) focus light setting and encoding in light desk. - Musicians / actors : installation of the set, costumes, instruments, setting and sound check. The show is principally a musical show which the actors / musicians will play many instruments that will be independently mic fitted. For all of that, the technical specifications required about the sound below need to be respected to keep the quality of the show. Each instrument is equipped with its mic and transmitter. Wireless receivers are pre-wired, they are equipped with a XLR multipair (11 XLR males for all receivers) ready to be connected on the stage box. All receivers are wired on a (french) power strip. - An emplacement for receivers in behind the scenes either on the left, either on the right in front of the stage. - The receivers must be close to the stage box to be able to wire on it. - Also provide a power supply at this location. Stage : The scene should be at least 6m x 5m. It must have 1.5m wings. They deposit their instruments, sets and costumes and need entrances and exits during the show. - A small lights behind the scenes on left and right side. They will not be visible by public. - An access by left to the right side in back of the stage without being seen by the public. - Small table behind the scenes - Two clothes rack and a dozen hangers7 PA system :
Provide a powerful professional sound system complete with a subwoofer. It must be able to deliver an SPL power of at least 100 db in FOH. Front of House : We bring a laptot with a pad to control the video. The computer and the pad must be closed to the mixer. - The FOH must be in front of the scene preferably in the center, where we can hear clearly the sound system. It must not be in a cabin but in the public room. - It must be connected by the stage box with 14 inputs and 4 outputs (LR, Aux 1 and Aux 2). The stage box, in FOH, have to, at least, 14 male XLR for inputs and 4 XLR female for outputs. Stage monitors : The actors / musicians move on the whole stage, for this reason the monitors must be able to cover all its surface. - Two wedges linked together in sidefill position, one on the left and one on the right in front of the stage and at the edge of the wings. They will be on the Aux 1 output on mixer. - Two wedges linked together, in footbath position, one on the left and one on the right in back of the stage and at the edge of the wings. They will be on the Aux 2 output on mixer.

VIDEO : The show incorporates video projection. We project films and pictures in 16/10 format. - A screen, at least 6x3,9m. The screen must be set at the back and center of the stage. - A powerfull video projector wich is able to cover all the screen. - A video link from FOH to the VP. We use a laptop in FOH wich projects a picture by HDMI or HD15 output. In FOH, we need an emplacement close to the mixer to set the laptop and control pad.

A coupling of projectors is possible on the front light (public front light and support), the back lights, the cycliodes and the lateral spots (possibility to gain 15 channels on the dimmer). The big box (L152xW44xH55) will be centered at 2/3 of the stage on the depth. The other two will be positioned according to it (see plan). The screen should be placed at about 10 to 11m from the front of stage.
