You can bring them to the club meeting, send them to our PO Box listed on the front of this newsletter, or pay them on our website with PayPal. Help! We need all club members to help with our upcoming 27th National Hunt! We will meet at the Creek County Fairgrounds early Saturday morning. We will need to set up the building, the concessions, string the hunt field and bury the coins before our first hunt starts at 3:00. The more club members that come out the faster we can get it set up. We will also need help with the concessions, raffles, registration table, and the prize boards. Please bring donations for the Night Hunt, Main Hunt, Ladies Hunt, and the bingo to the club meeting or the hunt. We also need baked cakes, cookies, and pies to sell at the concession stand. We have one of the best hunts in the country because of our club members!
