The UNION T / TC 110 a new generation of CNC boring mills and machining centers - proof of continual technical development With this machine size UNION will continue the success story of the well known machines BFT 90, 102, 105 and 110 which are world wide in operation and which prove there performance and accuracy daily. The machines can be supplied as CNC boring mills T 110 or as a machining center TC 110 with automatic tool changer or automatic pallett changer. This design enabled a projected front bearing of the boring spindle 300 mm outside of the casting and is the guarantee for a high cutting performance in the main working range of the machine. Precision and Reliabiliy - Made in Germany - the typical features of a UNION Horizontal Boring Mill Quality test The manufacturing and machining quality inspection and the acceptance test of all machines are based upon Union s quality assurance system which in turn is based upon DIN and ISO standards. Accuracy and performance tests of the boring and milling operations are carried out using a test component. Written record of machine s accuracy is provided in the form of a protocol. It is returned for recycling via the chip conveyor (not included in the basic version) into the compact unit for filtration and piped back into the system. Safety precautions The machine will be supplied with a CE approved enclosure, a safety door with windows at the operator stand - electrical interlocked. Further necessary safety equipment has to be defined in line with the local conditions at the customer site and the legality of the country and has to be installed before commissioning. An access to the working area of the machine for setting-up is ensured.
