Harald Ekman Chairman Harald Ekman has 22 years experience in corporate finance, capital markets, and venture capital. He is a private investor, focusing on start- up companies in life sciences and green technology. He is on the board of directors of Eco- Gear LLC, a company developing a new technology to improve fuel efficiency and safety in trucks and cars. Between 2007 and 2012, he was one of the founding Partners of The Column Group, a San Francisco- based venture capital firm investing in early stage biotechnology companies. Prior to The Column Group, Harald was a Partner of Three Crowns Capital, a Bermuda- based investment- banking firm, before which he worked at Goldman Sachs and Nomura Securities in London. Harald was born in Sweden and has a degree in economics and business administration from the Stockholm School of Economics. Harald has lived in San Francisco since 2007. He spends his leisure time skiing, hiking, paddle boarding, diving, and fly- fishing. He is currently working on the re- release of a book about fly- fishing on the Alta River in Norway to raise funds for the conservation of Atlantic salmon. Klaus B. Nielsen Vice Chairman Klaus B. Nielsen has been employed with A. Espersen A/S since 1987 and President & CEO of The Espersen Group since January 1, 2001, which includes the following activities: A. Espersen A/S Denmark (head office, breading plant), Espersen Poland fillet and breading plants, Espersen Lithuania fillet plant, Espersen Asia (China and Vietnam), Rahbekfisk Denmark producing a wide selection of breaded and other value- added products, Beck Pack Systems Denmark and US (production of food liners). Klaus is a member of Groundfish Forum Council and, as of October 2010, its Chairman. 1

Andrew G. K. Donaldson Treasurer Andrew G. K. Donaldson has been involved in investment and finance for more than 25 years. His most recent position was CEO of CPM Advisers Ltd, a specialist credit asset manager with over 1B under management. Prior to this, he spent 5 years as a Managing Director in the investment bank of JPMorgan Chase, where he held senior positions including global head of structured finance distribution and membership of the bank s ethics and policy committee. Up until 2000, he spent 9 years at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in London, where he was Deputy Treasurer and ran the bank s treasury investment portfolios. His early career was in equities research and trading and he has significant experience across debt and equity markets, derivatives and risk management. He now spends his time in a variety of advisory roles and company boards. He is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Canterbury in his native New Zealand and is 54 years old. He lives in London with his wife, daughter, and disobedient spaniel. Howard M. Johnson Secretary Howard M. Johnson has been with Sustainable Fisheries Partnership since its founding in 2006. He initially served as Senior Advisor before assuming the role of Director of Global Programs. He retired from full- time engagement with SFP in December 2012 to join the Board of Directors. Howard s over 40 years of experience in all facets of the seafood industry began in New York City in the Fulton Fish Market area where he worked for a seafood importing company. In the early 1970s he moved to Southeast Asia to develop procurement programs for importers in the US and Europe. In 1984, Howard launched his own consulting company, H.M. Johnson & Associates, which he still runs (although at a greatly reduced level). As a consultant, he has provided analysis on global seafood trends, planning, marketing, and market research. His clients have included major US government and international agencies, financial institutions, non- governmental organizations, leading seafood corporations, and commodity marketing organizations. 2

Jim Cannon President and CEO Jim Cannon is CEO of the Sustainable Fisheries Partnership, which he founded in 2006. SFP is an NGO that focuses on improving overfished and destructive capture fisheries and reducing the environmental impacts of fish farming. SFP educates major customers and their supply chains about environmental and sustainability problems in the fisheries and farms they source from. SFP convenes suppliers and producers together in Fishery and Aquaculture Improvement Projects to agree and implement practical improvement action plans in individual fisheries and fish- farming regions. Key corporate partners include McDonald's, Walmart, and international seafood suppliers and producers worldwide. Cannon was voted IntraFish Person of the Year 2009. He served on the MSC's Technical Advisory Board from 2005 to 2008, worked at Conservation International from 1997 to 2006, edited the FAO World Review of Marine Fisheries in 1995/97, and studied environmental economics and fisheries at Imperial College London and ecology at Cambridge University. Frank Beddington Member Francis Beddington is an international economist with over 20 years of experience in the public and private sector, working predominantly in developing countries [emerging markets]. He started his career as an economist in the UK Government s aid agency before moving on to Chase Manhattan. After the merger with JPMorgan, he was appointed Head of Research for Africa and the Middle East. He then joined Standard Bank as Head of Research for Central Eastern Europe Middle East and Africa. In 2007, he co- founded Insparo Asset Management, an investment boutique targeting Africa and the Middle East. He currently works for the Cabinet Office of the UK Government. He is a founding Board member of SFP and a former Treasurer. He has a degree in Economics and Econometrics from the University of Manchester. He is married with two children and lives in London. 3

Marc Stuart Member Marc Stuart has been involved in the international project- based emission- reduction economy since 1993 and co- founded EcoSecurities in January 1997. EcoSecurities became the largest Clean Development Mechanism project development and trading company in the world, culminating with an IPO in London in 2005 and subsequent takeover by JPMorgan at the end of 2009. Marc was Director of New Business Development and also headed up the firm s Government and Regulatory Affairs Group, providing the firm s positions with the evolving and regulatory processes of the UN, EU, US, and elsewhere. He has business development experience in carbon market, project finance, and clean energy development across more than 30 countries. Marc has been on the Board of the Verified Carbon Standard since its inception in 2007 and served as a designated private- sector observer to the World Bank s $5B Clean Technology Fund from 2009 to 2011. He sat for 3 years on the Board of the International Emissions Trading Association (IETA) and was the first Chair of IETA s Project Developers Working Group. Beyond energy and carbon- based issues, Marc is on the Board of Directors of the Sustainable Fisheries Project and the Conservation Strategy Fund and sits on the Eco- Entrepreneurship Advisory Council at the Bren School of Environmental Management at the University of California, Santa Barbara. In January of 2009, the CNBC European Business Magazine named Marc one of 30 Green Heroes. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, the London School of Economics, and the Claremont Graduate University. He lives in the San Francisco Bay area with his wife, two children, and dog. Betsy Ward Member Betsy Ward was appointed President and CEO of the USA Rice Federation in 2007. The USA Rice Federation is the global advocate for all segments of the US rice industry representing over 10,000 rice farmers, all US- based rice mills, merchants, and other allied industries. From 2003 to 2005, she was the Vice President of International and Domestic Promotion at the USA Rice Federation where she was in charge of developing and implementing domestic and international promotion and food aid programs. 4

From 2005 to 2007, Betsy served as the chief executive for the Hardwood Federation, a trade association representing over 15,000 hardwood producers across the United States. From 1995 to 2003, she ran the Wood Products International Group at the American Forest & Paper Association, directing the wood trade policy and global forestry agenda for the industry. In 2011, she was elected Chairman of the US Agricultural Export Development Council (USAEDC), which represents the interests of more than 80 commodity organizations who grow and process a wide variety of US agricultural products. Betsy joined the Board of Directors of the Sustainable Fisheries Partnership in 2011. She served for 6 years as a cleared advisor on the Industry Trade Advisory Committee for forest and paper products (ITAC- 7) and was appointed forest products representative to USDA's Agricultural Policy Advisory Committee (APAC) in 2001. Betsy holds a bachelor's degree in History and Political Science from the University of New Hampshire and a master's in International Security Affairs from the School of International Affairs at Columbia University. Lafcadio Cortesi Member Lafcadio Cortesi is the Asia Director of Rainforest Action Network. He has more than 25 years of experience working in a variety of roles and institutions in North America and the Asia- Pacific region on market transformation campaigns and private- sector sustainability, policy analysis, institutional strengthening, and community- and rights- based natural resource management. Lafcadio worked for 10 years as a campaign coordinator with Greenpeace Australia Pacific and 3 years as a Senior Program Officer with the USAID- funded Biodiversity Support Program in Indonesia. He started his career as a volunteer with the Institute for Appropriate Technology Development, a local Indonesian community development NGO in central Java, and has authored three publications on related issues. 5
