They continue to raise social conflicting events for grass-roots governments village committees and enterprises and are difficult to manage effectively. Through introducing social work methods to rural social management and establishing social work platform for the integrated cooperation the external forces can be involved and rural subjects and resources can be mobilized to carry out collective actions to resolve social conflicts also self-responsible and independent awareness and ability of individuals and groups can be driven and to improve the villagers livelihood development which not only to achieve the harmony and development of the rural areas but also practice the mode conversion from the commanding mode to the consultation mode. It is also necessary and feasible to promote social work methods in the field of rural social management. Keywords social work social management commanding mode consultation mode Education Oriented Cultural Consumption of the New Generation of Migrant Workers On the Construction Path of Social Identity JIN Xiao-tong CUI Hong-jing 101 Abstract As the essential means to construct social identity cultural consumption has the great importance for the New Generation of Migrant Workers to construct their identity. Cultural consumption can realize the construction via two paths. One is to highlight the symbolic significance of the cultural consumption by showing the same and the difference explicit construction can be finished through this way. The other is to carry out education cultural consumption through accumulation of cultural capital and self-realization to go into the higher social classes and finish tacit construction. Agree with the result of the comparison among the three constructed paths of the rural youth the New Generation of Migrant Workers should transfer their focus on cultural consumption from the symbolic significance to the realization of education spend more on books and skill training. Given this situation in order to elucidate his philosophical thought and deepen the understanding of the genus philosophy this article adopts a new perspective which focuses on not interpretation of the fact world as usual but theoretical foundation of the value world as premise of the changing the world. Professor GAO gave the genus existence of mankind a whole expression and defined it as the third major stage and form of human beings development of Marx which is freedom of personality and named as genus standard. GAO s concept of genus is beyond biological species concept and it takes a long process of the negation of negation to reach from the former to latter including the mid-stage concept of family the pre-modern concept of race and the modern concept of nationality.
