NOW THEREFORE, BE T ORDANED, that the Kendall County Board hereby grants approval of a specal use permt to contnue operatng a landscapng waste compostng faclty on the ste descrbed n the attached Exhbt A and n substantal conformance wth the ste plan shown n the attached Exhbt B and n conformance wth the followng condtons. 1. Operatonal personnel shall be present on ste durng all hours whch the faclty s open for the recept of landscape waste. 2. The hours durng whch landscape waste may be receved shall be 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Frday and 7:00 AM to 12:00 noon Saturday. Processng operatons shall cease after each day's recepts have been processed and place n wndrows, not to exceed 3 addtonal hours. 3. Decbel levels at the property lne shall not exceed llnos Polluton Control Board standards. 4. A locked gate shall restrct vehcle access durng closed hours except that a 'lock-box' shall allow access to emergency vehcles. 5. Water samples shall be taken by an ndependent testng servce and analyzed by an ndependent lab. The locatons, methods, and frequency of samplng and testng shall be

The faclty operator shall mantan the plantngs as shown on Exhbt C. 10. The County shall keep a log of complants receved on ths faclty. 11. A host fee of $.55/ton of materal receved shall be pad to the County. 12. The faclty operator shall plant grass seed on the berm and dtch and mantan same as shown n the Ste Gradng and Dranage Plan attached as Exhbt B. 13.
