Flush Doors IS: 2202 Part - I Niki s range of Flush Doors are kiln-seasoned & chemically treated to make them dimensionally stable, termite resistant, fungi free & weather proof. The flush doors have a solid Block Board Core with BWP grade cross bands & face veneers which are PF bonded in Hot Press Process with high temperature making them 100% Boiling Water Proof. They are also available in One Side & Both Side Teak as well as design options. Standard thickness: 30, 32, 35 & 40mm Flush doors are available as per IS: 2202 & made-to-custom sizes. Lipping Internal or External (hardwood/teakwood). Opening for vision panel, louvers can be provided. We offer 5, 7 & 9 ply doors. Door Jams - New Introduction Niki s Door Jams replaces traditional door frames made out of solid wood. The door jam fits snugly into width of the wall and suitable Architrave covers the sides of the wall and gives an elegant look as well as matches the shutter. The door jams are available with a natural veneer as well as commercial finish. The jams can be painted or polished as per customer s choice. Different designs of Architraves are available to meet the requirements of the customer. Core options A Core provides the necessary strength to a door. There are three options available to choose from mainly: Honeycomb, Tubular/ solid echo board, and solid Timber Core. Honeycomb & Tubular Echo Board Cores are lightweight, sturdy & reduce the overall weight whereas the Solid Timber Core is a traditional core, much more heavier in nature.
