Pattern comes in 3 sizes: the large and medium versions are great to use as everyday bags while the mini bag makes great gift totes. Class fee: $20/plus supplies. Desert Sky: Have you admired Judy Niemeyer's patterns but were intimidated with the thought of paper piecing? Well, join Kristen at Pearl s Retreat Center for this class and you'll catch the fever for paper piecing. Desert Sky is a good pattern for beginners to get started. Majority of Judy Niemeyer samples you see are made from Batiks. You may not be a fan of Batiks, which is why you should stop in and see the sample Kristen made using Halloween fabric.
