The PSA Membership Director of the Year was awarded to f:67 s Gary Burgess, which was announced at the PSA Conference in Salt Lake City and presented to him recently by John Davis at the NWCCC Conference in Everett. He was cited for his motivation, energy, leadership, and activities (which) best exemplify PSA and whose endeavors lead to the retention and addition of PSA members in his Area (the State of Washington PSA Membership Director) and for his enthusiastic promotion of PSA, and support of existing members through club visits, a monthly newsletter, and direct personal contact. All US States, Canadian Provinces, and in many countries and geographic areas around the world, there are PSA Membership Directors, given that PSA is an international photographic organization. Gary was chosen from among all of these Membership Directors. Good for you, Gary!!! John Davis, PSA President Emeritus and Goodwill Ambassador.. 4

The f67 Photo Trip to Bloedel Gardens, Bainbridge Island Following the outing to Mt. Rainier for star-point photography was a club trip to Bloedel Gardens on Bainbridge Island. Peter Barnett, Inga Carmack, Larry Sukut, Archie Kregear, and Barbara and John Davis met at Bloedel to do some shooting. We stayed in a group, although that was not the plan. We all found our own treasures to photograph. It is interesting how different each of us sees the things around us, and what each of us is motivated to photograph. The following images depict a wide variety of subjects and styles of photography. John Davis Inga Carmack Larry Sukut Archie Kregear. 9
