1.5A ULTRA LOW DROPOUT LINEAR REGULATOR Description The is low dropout three-terminal regulator with a typical dropout of 375mV at 1.5A output current. The provides current limit and thermal shutdown. On-chip thermal shutdown provides protection against any combination of high current and ambient temperature that would create excessive junction temperatures. The is available for 3.3V, 5.V and 12V versions now. It is available in the industry standard TO-22-3, TO-263-3, TO-252-2 (1), TO-252-2 (2), TO-252-2 (3) and TO-252-2 (4) power packages.
