THIS IS THE YEAR THAT THE WILLIAM R. KENAN CHARITABLE TRUST MADE OUR PARTNERSHIP 2017-2018 ESTELLA S BRILLIANT BUS, A CLASS ACT LEARNING CENTER THE MOVEMENT

William R. Kenan, Jr. Charitable Trust Team

When I received an email and a follower-up call from Dr. Dorean Burton I wasn t sure what to make of the call but was very appreciative when Dr. Dorean revisited West Beach on behalf of the William R. Kenan, Jr. Charitable Trust. It was then when I knew that I was being touched by an angel. When Dr. Dorean and the Charitable Trust team came as a group in December, I felt like I was being followed by a group of Angels and that I was one of the team. My team has not and will never be the same because of that visit. I have cried many tears of Joy since that day. Estella s Brilliant Bus and I and more than 913 children s lives have been changed because of the contribution from this great organization who had the Heart and the Vision to join our movement to help children who need us the most. This grant empowered Estella s Brilliant Bus to continue to serve the thousands of children that we were currently serving and to add hundreds of additional children to our weekly task force through-out the year. With this partnership, Estella s Brilliant Bus and the Willian R. Kenan Jr. Charitable Trust, grant contributions, we were able to hire (8) eight part time staff to include additional children from True Fast Ministries, Boys and Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County, Pahokee Elementary School, Roosevelt Middle School, and the School of Autism. In addition to providing academic enhancement for reading, math, science and technology, we were able to provide field trips to the Microsoft Store for hands-on experiences and connection with the children of Kenya in Africa. WOW!!!

Please note that I have attached pictures from some of the groups Boys and Girls Club of Palm Beach County:
