B3 Description of Project a) Please provide a brief description of the project Zennor Pathway Limited (hereafter referred to as Zennor ) is the licence operator of United Kingdom Continental Shelf (UKCS) Licence P2013, which contains the Finlaggan field, located in Block 21/05c in the central North Sea. The Finlaggan field was originally discovered by ConocoPhilips in 2005 and was appraised by Zennor in Q2 2016. Zennor is now proposing to develop the Finlaggan field and is progressing with engineering studies with the aim to deliver first production from Finlaggan in 2020. The development concept for Finlaggan comprises a subsea manifold and two production wells tied back via a production pipeline to ConocoPhillips (U.K.) Britannia Limited s (CBL) Britannia platform located in UKCS Block 16/26, approximately 17 kilometres to the north east of Finlaggan. Reservoir fluids (gas and condensate) will be processed on the Britannia platform and exported to shore via existing infrastructure. Produced water will be discharged at the Britannia platform via existing facilities. Finlaggan peak production day rates are anticipated to be 2.3 million cubic metres (80 million standard cubic feet) per day of gas and 716 cubic metres (4,500 barrels) of condensate per day by around Year 2 (P10 case). The peak produced water rate for the P10 case is around 270 cubic metres (1,700 standard barrels) per day of water in Year 11; however, the worst case volume is actually associated with the P90 case, with a peak of 557 cubic metres (3,500 barrels) of water per day in Year 7. The Finlaggan subsea infrastructure will have a design life of 15 years and the economic field life is expected to be of the order of 10 years. On cessation of production, the Finlaggan facilities will be decommissioned in accordance with the requirements of the prevailing UK and International law. b) Please indicate the anticipated duration of any related offshore construction activities From: Q3 2018 To: Q4 2020 B4 - Related Projects a) If the project relates to the repair, replacement, re-development or extension of an existing or previous development, e.g. an incremental field development or the conversion of an oil or gas development into a storage facility, please provide details of the original project Name of project: N/A Was the project the subject of a previous Environmental Statement? Yes / No Page 6 of 8

Date of submission to DECC of any previous ES relating to the existing or previous development: Reference number of previous ES: b) If the project involves connection to an existing host facility, that will be integral to the project, please provide details of the host installation Name of host installation: Britannia Platform Names of any existing oil and gas fields, or unloading or storage facilities, associated with the host installation: Britannia, Caledonia, Callanish, Brodgar, Enochdhu and Alder fields.
