Upon receipt of the PON16 and accompanying ES, the Department w ill issue the applicant w ith a notice pursuant to Regulation 9(1) of the Offshore Petroleum Production and Pipe-lines (Assessment of Environmental Effects) Regulations 1999 (as amended), detailing those authorities to w hom you are required to send copies of the PON16 and the ES and that representations may be made to the Secretary of State by a specified date. 6 B3 Description of Project a) Please provide a brief description of the project The development plan consists of a single horizontal w ell equipped w ith gas lift drilled in each of the Scolty and Crathes fields. The fields w ill be tied back in a daisy chain fashion via subsea production and gas lift pipelines to the Kittiw ake host facility, located in Block 21/18, w here the production fluids w ill be processed and then exported to shore via the Forties Pipeline System.
