You are about to enter into a journey where you will connect with yourself on a new level. This journey will lead you to empower yourself to choose how you want to think, how you want to be in relationship with your body, mind spirit, and integrate these new thinking habits with the help of creativity. What happens when you can sustain a new kind of thoughts? It becomes natural, and the way you perceive the world changes to match these thoughts. What I love to do in my work is to empower women to find their answers for themselves. For many years, I put my life in the hands of others, trusting them to know me more than I did. I made decisions based on their beliefs and their ways of viewing the world better. I am a great shape-shifter, the down side of this is that I lose myself in trying to adapt to others. As I went on my self-discovery journey, I learned to listen within, to trust my intuition, to discern how I receive the divine messages, and to cultivate the courage to take the actions that I was inspired to take. I made mistakes, I sometimes let fear and insecurity control me and bring me down, but I learned to get myself back up faster and faster. Does it mean that I was alone on my path, figuring out everything by myself? No, it means that I still turn to others because I want to hear their thoughts and opinions but I now always check within to make sure that it resonate with me before I make any decisions. Even though, sometimes it felt like I was alone, little by little, I surrounded myself with like minded people who understand me and how I function in the world and who are also living in alignment with their own essence and a deep connection with the Divine. Remembering who I am, what I love, what I truly believe and living a life in alignment with that, cultivating and nurturing it make me feel free! I am more awake and aware of the thoughts I am thinking, the stories I am telling myself, the beliefs that I have that are not empowering and I can now redirect them.

I want that for you! I want you to remember or even learn that you are an amazing, wise, and powerful being and that you can create a fulfilling life doing what you love and being who you are. This online journey is designed for you to connect with yourself and the Divine, however you define it, and receive the messages that you need at this time in your life. You will be guided to look at your actual view of yourself, and challenge the way you think about your body, mind, and spirit. You will create affirmations that are in alignment with what you want to bring forth in your life. You will connect with your truth about yourself, the thoughts you really want to think about your body, not the ones you were told to think. In creating these affirmations, you will be making inspirational cards. They will be a great support for you as a reminder of the new thoughts you want to think and new perspectives you want to embrace it can be so easy to forget when we fall unconscious. They will support the creation of you and your life on your own term. This workbook will guide you through the process of creating your personalized deck of cards, their messages and affirmations. You can do them all in one day or do a couple of cards everyday. You choose what works for you. Also, you will have access to 3 short videos showing you three ways of making your cards. There are 3 different sizes and 3 different styles. You choose your style and the size. You can mix and match the styles. You can create all the cards in one sitting and then every day add your personalized affirmation. Please do whatever works best for you! This will be a great opportunity to practice trusting your intuition and giving yourself permission to try, play, change your mind, and be okay with it all! It will also be a great opportunity to try different things creatively and find out what you like. Each day, you will receive an inquiry and/or a quote to help you dig deeper in your reflections about yourself, your stories, how you relate to the world and how you want to show up ultimately, and how you can improve your relationship to yourself and your body, mind, spirit. In addition, on day 1, 8 and 15 you will receive a guided visualization that will also help you receive wisdom messages from within. At the end of this workbook, you will find a list of affirmations that you can use to create your own. Sometime, we do need some outside help, but always check in if it resonates and make the changes necessary so that it does. At the end of the 21 days you will have a greater sense of who you are, who you want to be, a stronger connection to your inner life and what makes you YOU, a renewed feeling of peace and greater connection with the Divine. You will have created a powerful tool to refer to as reminder of what you are creating. Just remember one important thing the most important one of all: YOUR CAN T DO THIS WRONG! There is absolutely nothing that you can do wrong during this journey! Can you give yourself that permission? I hope so!

The only required supply is the 140lbs 22"X30" watercolor paper. You will want 1 sheet for 3.75 X2.75 cards, 2 sheets for 3.75 X5.75 cards and 3 sheets for 5.5 X7.75 cards. For mandala cards (Click here to access the shopping list of the basic supplies needed, make the adjustments depending on the cards you will choose to make) 140lbs 22"X30" watercolor paper cold or hot press. (Cold pressed paper has more texture than the hot pressed one which is pretty smooth) Compass Protractor Ruler Pencil, eraser Sharpies fine tips Acrylic paints or markers or colored pencils For acrylic cards: 140lbs 22"X30" watercolor paper cold or hot press. (Cold press has more texture than hot which is pretty smooth) Water jar Water spray bottle Palette to put your paint on (I use a paper plate) Paper towel Acrylic paint of a variety of colors Paint brushes of different sizes watercolor crayons (I use neocolor II by Caran D'Ache) Sharpies of a variety of colors fine tips

For mixed media cards (use what you already have): Everything from the list above + Matte medium from Liquitex Magazines or scrapbooking papers Fabric White gesso Stencils Ink and Stamps

Mandala set: Click here Mixed Media set: Click Here Acrylic Paint set: Click Here Next, choose what design you want to do and prepare your watercolor paper accordingly. If you choose the acrylic paint style, you would apply the paint first and only when you are done and it s all dry will you cut/rip the paper into smaller cards. If you choose to make mandalas or the mixed media cards, you will need to cut the paper before you decorate them.

This next section includes different ways to receive the messages to write on your cards. Try them all and find out the one that work best for you or stick to one you know works. There is nothing you can do wrong during this process. It is a great opportunity for you to practice being in touch with your intuition even if you already are. There are many ways to receive messages, there is not one better than the other Inquiries: Everyday, you will receive an email with inquiries to allow you to go deeper. Use them to journal and just write everything that comes, do not censor yourself, just write. Don t worry about grammar, this is for you to access new thoughts and information. At some point, you will see an emerging inspirational message, an affirmation that resonates deeply within. Existing affirmation: You could also use an already existing quote or affirmation that resonate with you. You could even modify it to suit your life, your circumstances, your experiences and what you are creating. For those of you who need a little help in this area, I put together 3 lists of quotes and affirmations to help you get started. One list for each section of your deck; body, mind, spirit. Guided Visioning Once a week, you will receive a guided visioning where you will meet different parts of you through space and time. You can listen to them once or many times. Every visioning will guide you to ask guidance from the beings you will meet. Be open. See. Listen. Receive. Take time to journal what you experience, the thoughts and insights that came during the visioning.

Paint: Some of you might receive inspiration while you paint. So, do not worry if you tried all the other techniques before and didn t receive anything. Try painting and get lost in the process. Spend time with each card, add details to the cards in the form of dots or patterns, bring the inquiry to mind, invite inspiration and then forget it go into a trance and if you are like me you will lose track of time and suddenly, you will just know what is your affirmation. Or use a combination of all of these techniques. Trust your intuition. Do what feels good to you!!! Write your message in your journal or in a document in your computer. Then, on the back of each card, write the affirmation created from the message. From the affirmation, choose a word or a short expression that you will write on the front of the card. Use a sharpie (make sure the paint is dry before using a sharpie) or a paintbrush. In this example, I used an acrylic paint marker. Now that you received your messages, let s talk about how to write an affirmation that will resonate with you.

Some store-bought affirmations sound really nice but they just don t create the shivers or chills or energy recognition. So, I am sharing with you some simple steps to create your own personalized affirmations that will resonate with you. STEP 1: Listen to the inner chatter Sometimes, we don t know where to start and we know better what we do not want than what we want, so there is nothing wrong with starting from the negative and working our way to the positive. Be aware of your inner conversation or the inner voice the inner critic. Be honest with yourself, how do you talk to yourself? Listen in, be a witness to your thoughts, try to remove the judgment. Some example of what you might tell yourself: I don t deserve I am not enough There is something wrong with me. STEP 2: Find the positive Use the negative thoughts that you notice to find the opposite, more positive thoughts that you want to adopt. From I don t deserve to I believe that I can deserve or I deserve or It is possible for me to deserve STEP 3: Present tense and I statements You want to express your affirmations in the present tense and as I statements. I would recommend that you do not include the word want in your affirmation as it creates more of want and that s not really what you want (ha!) In fact, you actually want the having of your desire rather than the wanting of it, right?!? So instead of saying: I want to feel healthy you would say I feel healthy or I am healthy. You can also start the statements with: I love I receive

I am I have I know I feel I am in the process of I am on my way to STEP 4: Make them believable You want the affirmations believable to you, which means, you need to be aware of where you are in your journey and accept it. You might want to jump straight to I am full of vitality but if you are dealing with an illness, the jump is too big and becomes unbelievable. You could say instead: I am open to believing that healing is possible, I am in the process of creating wellness, I welcome wellness in my experience. Try out different words and combinations by saying the affirmations out loud until you feel butterflies in your stomach or shivers all over your body. You will know when you have found the right one. STEP 5: Write them in the positive Use your voice Add some feeling words Instead of affirming: I lose weight easily say My body is naturally on its way to its healthy expression. It s also important to use words that are in alignment with how you talk, how you express yourself. It will be easier to relate to the affirmations. And finally, use some feeling words like: I am so grateful to be on my way to wellness. I am excited to welcome abundance of love and wealth in my life. I am lovingly opening my mind to new possibilities. I am happy to move my body like it needs to. Again, play with the affirmations, try them on as if they were pieces of clothing and look for the chills!

Use the following to inspire you create your own affirmations: Start with body acceptance, body love will come: I am in the process of accepting my body I accept my body I am in the process of loving my body I love my body I am grateful for my body for My worth is not measured by the size of my waist. Life is way too short to spend another day at war with myself. I do not need anyone s permission to feel glorious. I deserve to make peace with my body. My body is my home and I will take care of it. My body loves me, I love it back. I intend to accept my body today, love my body tomorrow and appreciate my body always. There are many right ways to have a body. I am accepting myself unconditionally, no matter what! The moment I accept myself, I become beautiful! Exercise is a celebration of what my body can do. My existence is not about how desirable you find me. I may not be perfect but parts of me are pretty awesome. I am beautiful like me. Today, I show my body some love

Use the following to inspire you create your own affirmations: I am willing to change my mind. I am willing to seek the hidden gift in any situations. I am willing to learn and grow from the lesson. I choose to transcend any barriers and embrace the notion of infinite possibilities. I can change my life by changing my mind. I realize that the power to change my world is always within me and within reach. I am willing to see things differently. I happily look at my circumstances through new lenses. I am in the process of becoming the best version of myself I am confident and courageous. I possess the strength and ability to accomplish all my goals and dreams. I release anything that doesn t serve me. I choose my thoughts. I change my perspective; therefore I change my life. I am in charge of how I feel and today I am choosing happiness I am learning to see what works in my life. I am so grateful to be able to choose my thoughts.

Use the following to inspire you create your own affirmations: Today, I am open to see miracles. I am magic and power. I am here to live, laugh, learn, love, celebrate, expand, and contribute. I am magic and I am power and in this remembrance, I am free. I am grateful for every blessing the Universe has and will ever create for me. I am light. I am love. Love is the energy that unites us all in this beautiful collective consciousness called life. I expect miracles. I trust Divine guidance. I am grateful for the abundance that I already have and the abundance that s on the way to me now. I am ready to accept and receive miracles beyond what I ve ever experienced. I trust the Universe to bring the right people and circumstances into my life at the right time. I am worthy of abundance. I am enough I forgive myself for not knowing what I didn t know. I learn to be in harmony with myself. I am becoming more comfortable with the mystery.

Make a list of things you love about your body (redirect your attention to gratitude and appreciation). Dress your body with clothes that make you happy, that feel comfortable. Try belly dancing. Take flamenco dancing or Zumba. Stop eating before you feel full. Talk to your body out loud as if it was your bestest friend. Find a group of mindful women who are on their journey to love their body as well and inspire each other. Remember all the things your body allows you to do and be and feel deep appreciation. Go walk in nature. Apply lotion with love and care. Make this a loving, sensual ritual. Say the Ho oponopono to every part of your body (bring peace and forgiveness and love). Express/communicate your needs. Eat when you are hungry. Rest when you are tired. Surround yourself with people that remind you of your inner strength and beauty.

Exercise your body for a happy mind. Do a morning meditation. Look into Insight Timer app, they offer thousands of free meditations. Keep a journal and do a brain dump in the morning. Read a book or a magazine. Call an old friend. Schedule time for yourself. Unplug from technology. Get enough sleep. Play Remind yourself that you are fabulous. Declutter your space. Choose what you see in your social media feeds

Make a gratitude list (10 items daily for which you are grateful for). Choose who you spend your time with today. Stroke a pet. Go walk outside, listen and wonder. Get positive feedback and receive it. Have a date with yourself. Be creative. Take a home spa day. Ask for help. Plan a two-day holiday. Connect intentionally with the Divine through meditation, prayers, mindfulness, gratitude. Create your own ritual.

Draw a card in the morning, ask what your focus could be this day. Create a day in alignment with the guidance. Draw a card before meditating and use it as a focus. Take your cards and plant them all over your house, office, car, purse where they will be constant reminders.
