1. Stand equipment Standard equipment packages (included, acc. to booking) The included features of your stand depend on the booth size (m²) and the booked equipment package (full service fair construction, mixed fair construction or individual construction). Note: Conference cabins are not included in the fair construction and will be charged by our fair constructor von Hagen GmbH as follows: Von Hagen GmbH charges only wall space which has to be installed additionally, see as follows: (Price/running meter) The walls are regularly 2.50m high. 55 Euros in the SYMA MOCTO 90 plate in central groove 70 Euros SYMA MOCTO 90 curtain plate 62 Euros glazed (plates will be put Syme-groove) 4
Full fair construction includes the complete booth equipment including walls, carpet, electrical power, lighting and furniture. On the following pages you will find a list showing the standard furniture for the different booth sizes. Mix fair construction includes walls, carpet, electrical power, lighting and just a part (50% maximum) of the standard furniture listed page 7-8. For exhibitors with stands from 20 sqm, mixed fair construction obliges the exhibitor to provide own design pieces of furniture. Individual construction includes electrical power but fair construction is not included and is intended for big exhibitors with more than 30 m² who have their own fair constructor and/or system booths. Fair construction is possible with our partner von Hagen GmbH. We ask you or your fair constructor of individual stands to clarify the deadlines for the construction and dismantling periods always directly with von Hagen by common agreements. Further, we ask you to name a contact person on site during the construction period. The cleaning of the individual stands after the construction has to be organised by your own fair constructor after agreeing on a date with von Hagen and the final control by them. Stand construction system Syma Molto 90 build a spatial structure which arranges with cubic profiles an open and transparent effect. The architectural profiles and the cube knots are the elements for the base construction. Sustainability, variability and stability are the advantages for this method of construction. White-coated melamine plates are set in the centre groove of the aluminium profiles which can be printed and decorated as required. It is also possible to cover the alumium profiles with melamine plates from both sides - if it is emphasized particularly. Workmanship on the booth (if it concerns the general construction) will be received free of charge by the technical staff from von Hagen GmbH up to and including the first day of the fair. All complex work will be charged as of 55.00 Euros net per hour. This concerns the installation of bigger equipment (monitor etc.) and graphics, removal of full-surface foils, removal of furniture or the installation of further furniture. The amendment of the illumination proportion or the exchange of defect stand equipment will not be charged. This is to be settled indi- 5
vidually with the fair constructor on the spot. Please clarify always in advance with von Hagen the costs for any extra services. In order to guarantee a frictionless process, the advance order is helpful, especially on the last construction day and the first exhibition day. Electricity/power supply Power supply is part of the Reseller Park and IPT marketplace service package and free of charge for all co-exhibitors. Please mark the required position of the power supply on the individual booth sketch. If you have equipment with higher power supply, please indicate the kw required- normally every booth is equipped with 3 kw. You will receive your individual booth plan in advance by email from our fair constructor von Hagen GmbH. With this individual booth plan you can discuss modifications with our fair constructor. 6

2. Logo presentation Note: All obligatory banners will be charged by our fair constructor! Logo banners (mandatory) Logo banners are standardised for all exhibitors to give the Reseller Park a unitary and distinctive image. Side banners (print at the front) The material banners in the size of 720 mm x 2000 mm will be fixed vertically on both ends of the booth. The price including printing, sewing and fixing is 100.00 Euros net per piece. On-top banners (print at the front) The on-top banners in the size of 400 mm x 1000 mm will be fixed horizontally above the stand. The price including printing, sewing and fixing is 50.00 Euros net per piece. File for the design For all logos and artwork we require a free-hand or illustrator design file as vector graphics. For artwork processing a price per hour of 75.00 Euros + VAT will be charged by our fair constructor von Hagen GmbH according to time and effort. Attention: Unsuitable artwork will mean quality loss and if necessary can t be printed! To the conditions for the production of artwork The rights and ownership of the banner and Forex panels lie with you as exhibitor and can be used elsewhere after the trade fair event or they can be stored at von Hagen GmbH. Individual Booth We can also create an indivual booth for you. Therefor are various design options. Floor - Raised, high quality wooden floor in white glossy or wooden optic, with possibility for electricity in the floor Ceiling - Ceiling construction for suspension with metal truss system - Possibility for hanging signs and lighting Walls - Substructure with Syma Molto 90 covered with printed fabric or curtain plate - Integration of TVs or video walls - Integration of furniture or storage space - Backlit is possible Stand equipment - The in-house joinery and graphic department produce individual furniture with possibility or backlit or printed elements - High quality seating furniture - Various media technique - Various lighting and stand equipment, like display cabinets or brochure holders The pictures just show an extract of various booth construction possibilities. The first picture shows a huge suspended printed fabric during the focus of this booth is the combination of the long bamboo rods with the art figures. In the inside there are the seating pedestals which are creating an enjoyable meeting atmosphere and provide enough space for storage. The second picture shows a wall construction made of Syma Molto 90 with a curtain plate. All graphics are directly printed on the wall elements. 3. Construction approval A common approval before the beginning of the fair and the consideration of amendment requests (extra requests should be discussed as far in advance of fair as possible) is only possible if your contact persons as regards fair construction will arrive in time: stands with many individualisations: Arrival until 2 days before the beginning of the fair stands of medium sizes (approx. 12-25 m²): Arrival on the last construction day in the morning stands of small size with standard equipment: Arrival on the last construction day until 16:00. Please inform us 2 weeks before the beginning of the fair your contact person who is in charge for the fair construction of your booth on- site (date, estimated time of arrival). If your contact person will be arriving later, please inform the fair constructor von Hagen in time. If your contact person arrives too late and deadlines cannot be met there cannot be made any amendments on your booth. Von Hagen is our assigned fair constructor. Therefore, all matters as regards fair construction have to be discussed with them. 17
Furniture list No costs for co-exhibitors as the furniture, as per point no. 1 of the service catalogue, is already included in the m² price. Only if additional orders are made that do not belong to the standard equipment, we will charge additional costs (for exchange) and the additional orders.
