Apply foam glue to the two plastic ends. 2

Glue the end with control horn to the left side of right leading edge flap and to the right side of left leading edge flap. Apply foam glue to four pre-cut slots on the leading edge of the wing. Wait for 4-5 minute. Slide two leading edge flaps into the slot. Locate 4 wood swivel piece for the leading edge flap and 4 M2*6mm screws. Secure the wood piece to each end. Secure the wing bolt to the pre-cut slot on the trailing edge of the central wing using foam glue. Pay attention to wing bolt should be fixed on the lower surface of the wing. 3

Slide the servo into the servo mounting plate. Then put the servo into the slot and secure the servo. You will need four 9g servos. They are not included. Must be purchased separately. Use the blade to cut the slot of servo extension. The depth is about 5-6mm. Repeat the same steps for the other 3 servos. Apply foam glue to the pre-cut slot on the wing. Locate two 2*28mm aileron carbon fiber pushrods, two 2*31mm aileron carbon fiber pushrods, eight Z- bend, four heat-shrink tubing, four screws, two aileron arms. 4

Tighten servo arm to aileron arm using four 2*6mm screws. Slide aileron carbon fiber pushrod and Z-bend into the heat-shrink tubing. Heat the heatshrink tubing to tighten aileron carbon fiber pushrod and Z-bend together. Fix the aileron arm to the aileron servo. The ruler should perpendicular to the top of servo arm. Then use the blade to cut a slot of 45mm length on the aileron. Slide completed pushrod into the hole of control horn and servo arm. Place the wing and the aileron on a flat surface. Then apply the glue to the aileron carbon fiber pushrod and the Z-bend. Pay attention to the opposite direction of the right and left servo arm. After that, apply foam glue to the slot and slide the control horn into it. The flap pushrod installation is the same as the aileron pushrod installation. And the flap pushrod installation is without the arm. 5

Glue the six SFG to the wing. There are pre-printed lines at the 1/4 of the leading edge. Apply foam glue to there. Locate the aileron SFG, shown below. Locate the central SFG as shown below. Apply foam glue to the inside of the side force generator (SFG). Glue all the SFG into place. 6

Section 2 Fuselage Assembly Locate the left and right fuselage, four landing gear reinforced rods (1*10*206mm x 2, 1*10*305mm x 2), two landing gear cover and one motor mount. Apply foam glue to the pre-cut slot of the fuselage. Slide landing gear reinforced rod into the slot. Apply foam glue to the pre-cut slot at the bottom of the fuselage. Apply the glue to the inter-locking joining areas of the landing gear cover. Join the fuselage with the landing gear reinforced foam and allow the glue to properly bond. 7

After that, slide the right fuselage into the slot of the left fuselage upper part. Wait for at least 3-5 minute until the glue has cured. slide the motor mount into the slot. Apply the glue to the inter-locking joining areas of the left fuselage lower part. Apply foam glue to the inter-locking joining areas of the right fuselage. 8

Wing-Fuselage Support Frame Assembly Find the following parts for the wing-fuselage support frame. Assemble the center support bridge first using the three wood pieces as shown below. Be careful when applying not to leave glue on the metal nuts. The completed fuselage. Glue the center support bridge as well as leading and trailing support piece to the left and right side of the frame. 9

Draw line along the edge of the support frame with a pen to mark where to apply the glue. Then apply the glue to the marked area. You can also apply glue to the support frame. Test fit the assembled wing-fuselage support frame with the fuselage. Don't apply glue yet. Put the support frame on again. Wait for the glue to fully cure. 10

Battery plate installation Locate the wood parts for the battery plate as below. Use the blade to cut a hole on the fuselage. This hole will be used for threading the battery wire through the fuselage. Apply glue to the pre-cut slot at the bottom of the fuselage. Apply glue to the two support blocks respectively. Use the glue to secure the battery plate onto the strengthening block. Secure the support blocks to the fuselage. Note the large block is in the front and smaller block is in the rear. 11

Assembly of fuselage front cover and canopy Apply glue on the fuselage where the front cover meets the canopy. The triangle foam support piece needs to be positioned so it can secure both the front cover piece and the canopy piece. Apply glue to the top of the fuselage head. Apply glue to the two sides of the triangle foam. Apply glue to the support frame. Glue the foam triangle to the fuselage Glue the wood support frame on the top front of the fuselage. Locate your motor, ESC, and motor installation screws. The motor and ESC must be purchased separately. We recommend 2212/2830 or larger brushless motors. Small motors would not have enough clearance. Install your motor on the radial mount. 12

Secure the radial motor mount to the wood motor mount. Connect the motor to the ESC. Connect the power to check whether the rotation direction of the motor is correct. If it is reverse rotation, two power cables of the motor and the ESC should be swapped. Apply glue on the triangle foam support. The ESC power cable goes through the hole on the fuselage bottom you cut earlier. Apply glue along the edge of the fuselage and wood support frame. The power wire of your brushless motor might not be long enough to go through the fuselage cover. You can either leave the ESC under the fuselage cover after you glue on the cover or use an extension wire. Using an extension wire would allow you to more easily change your ESC. 13

Apply glue to the foam cover. Apply the glue to the foam canopy. Secure the fuselage foam cover. Secure the canopy to the fuselage. Now we secure the foam canopy to the fuselage. Apply glue to the left and right edge of the fuselage. 14

Tail installation Locate a horizontal tail, a vertical tail, two elevator SFG, two foam triangular rods, two elevator carbon fiber rods (1*6*200mm x 1, 1*6*230mm x 1). Apply the glue to the pre-cut slot of the elevator control horn. Apply the glue to the elevator carbon fiber rods. Slide the control horn into the slot. Secure the 1*6*230mm rod to the horizontal tail s slot. Secure the 1*6*200mm rod to the elevator s slot. Use the blade to cut a slot of control horn on the foam. The position of the slot is 1 3/4in from the rudder bottom and at the leading edge of the rudder. The slot is 40mm. Apply the glue to the slot of the SFG. Then secure them to the pre-cut slot of the horizontal tail. 15

The control horn should be on the left side of the rudder, as shown below. Secure the 2 3/4in long foam triangle stock to the base of the horizontal tail on the fuselage using the glue. Secure the 10in long foam triangle stock to the bottom of the fuselage using the glue. 16

Apply glue to the pre-cut slot of the horizontal tail front and back sides. Join the horizontal and vertical tail onto the fuselage. Then secure them with glue. Apply glue to the inter-locking joining area of the vertical tail. Apply glue to the foam triangular stock. Secure the fuselage cover plate onto the fuselage using glue. 17

Slide carbon fiber rod and Z-bend into the heatshrink tubing. Heat the heat-shrink tubing to tighten carbon fiber rod and Z-bend together. Then secure them with glue. Locate two carbon fiber rods (one 2mm*185mm and one 2mm*285mm), two servo mounting bracket, four Z-bend, four heat-shrink tubing, two long fiberglass servo arms and mounting screws. Secure the servo mounting bracket onto the fuselage using glue. Locate two 9g servos, arms, screws. (Not included) 18

Tighten the long fiberglass servo arms to the servo arms that came with your servo. Locate another z-bend. Connect this Z-bend to the rudder control horn. Then join this Z-bend and the 285mm pushrod using heat-shrink tubing. Secure the completed arm to the servo. The rudder and the vertical tail should be aligned. Secure the rudder servo into the servo opening on the fuselage left side. Join the 285mm pushrod with the servo arm. Secure the elevator servo to the servo opening on right side of the fuselage. 19

Connect the elevator servo to the 185mm pushrod, and then to the elevator control horn. The process is the same as on the rudder. The elevator and the horizontal tail should be properly aligned. Align the hole of the wood wheel core to the hole of the white EPP foam wheel. Then secure them together using glue. Apply the glue to the black foam wheel and the other side of the white wheel. Locate the four black EPP foam wheels, two white EPP foam wheels, wooden accessory sheet, a string, and two wheel bolts (M2*60mm). Slide the black wheel into the wooden wheel. And wait for the glue cure. Use another wood wheel core and black wheel on the other side of the wheel as shown below. Peel one wood wheel core from the accessory sheet. Apply the glue to the wood wheel core. Locate the landing gear support pieces. 20

Glue them together. Install the wheel support pieces between the landing gear carbon fiber rods. Use glue to secure them. Locate the 60mm carbon fiber rods. Locate the wheel axle holders. Insert the carbon fiber rod into the landing gear support piece. You should leave out about 1 1/2in of the rod for wheel installation. Glue them together. Secure the wheel bolt with the string. Insert the string into the opening, then wrap the string around the rod and the wood support. 21

After the rod has been securely fastened to the wood support, use some CA to secure the string. Locate the wheel block. Install the wheel block. Secure it with the glue. Secure the wheel axel holder at the end of the landing gear support piece. The holder should be angled so that the wheel block and foam wheel are in the right direction after installation. Install the foam wheel. Secure it with the wood nut. 22

Apply the hot melt glue to secure the wheel nut Glue the other end of the support rod on the vertical tail. Repeat the same steps for both wheels. Locate the two vertical tail support rods (2mm*165mm). The CG should be 83mm (3.26in) from leading edge of the wing. Control Throws Extreme & 3D Install the support rod on the horizontal tail so that it meets the end of the carbon fiber rod buried inside. Secure the support rod with glue.
