Christina Chapman, President Elect made the following announcements: 1. From Pam Rowland: Words cannot express the feeling that the Panama Guild had when I delivered the fat quarters and money ($275) that we donated to their drive for the Santa Rosa Quilt Guild. The day after the Art Market Event at the Quilt House, I got a call asking if I could use extra fat quarters. Bless the hearts of Merrilee Hansen and Joyce Pope who allowed their remaining fat quarters to be donated to the Santa Rosa Guild. No kidding, there were two Staple storage boxes full of fat quarters. It was decided because of the Christmas mailings that the

packages would be held until January. There was a card sent to their Guild President letting her know that our packages would be coming and wishing each and every guild member the best of luck. I m not sure that our guild will ever receive an individual thank you since there were three other guilds that helped collect, but you all deserve the biggest and most sincere thank you from me. If the Board ever wondered if you gals read their notices, this was proof you do, the basket was full of your fat quarters and money!! Thank you again for your help. 2. Thank you so much for the beautiful quilt that was given to Dick at the hospital. We will treasure it. Thank you. Linda Ramsey, and the family of Richard Ramsey. 3. My mother received one of your lovely quilts during her stay at Bryan East. She wanted me to pass on her thanks for all of your hard work and thoughtfulness. The quilt has been a source of warmth and comfort during this time. With heartfelt thanks, Leona Shields and family. 4. Thank you very much for the quilt for Jennifer Rondeau. I am sorry to say she passed away at the young age of 46, a healthy, vibrant young lady, before a virus and then a stroke from lung surgery. She will be missed by her family. Sincerely, William and Linda Rondeau Family 5. Thank you so much for the gorgeous red backed quilt with trees and leaves. I m thoroughly enjoying being wrapped in it these cold winter nights.
