DO NOT ALLOW THESE ALUMINUM BLEACHER COMPONENTS TO GET WET! COMPONENTS THAT ARE BUNDLED AND GET WET WILL DISCOLOR! NOTE: If components are to be stored where they may be subjected to moisture, break bundles and separate or restack leg-to-leg so that components have no flat surfaces touching together. This will prevent chemical reaction which is unsightly, but purely cosmetic. NO CLAIMS WILL BE ALLOWED FOR SUCH ALUMINUM DISCOLORATION. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 1. Attach 2 x 10" end caps to seat planks and foot planks. (See Figure 1) Attach 1 x 6" end caps to risers. (See Figure 2) Make sure the pre-drilled holes on the end caps are on the underside of the planks. Use a rubber mallet to tap into place. Attach with a drill and #2 Phillips bit using #8 x 1/2" self-tapping stainless screws. (See Figures 1-2) 3. Position frames in place, standing up, 6 feet apart. (See Figure 5) Figure 5 2 x 10 Plank (upside down) #8 x 1/2" Self-Tapping Screws 6' 6' Figure 1 #8 x 1/2" Self-Tapping Screws Riser (upside down) 2 x 10 End Cap 4a. Working from the back of the frames, at the fourth seat frame, attach the assembled X-brace: notched end to the top hole and the other end to the right frame bottom hole. Attach with 3/8" bolts and flange nuts. Hand tighten. (See Figures 6-9) Figure 6 Figure 2 Riser End Cap 1 x 6 End Cap 2. Assemble cross X-braces. Use one X-brace with the notches on the ends and one X-brace without end notches. Place the pieces together flat side to flat side. Attach with a 3/8" bolt and flange nut through the center hole. Hand tighten. Repeat for second X-brace. (See Figures 3-4) Figure 7 Flange Nut Bleacher Frame Figure 3 3/8" Bolt and Flange Nut X-Brace 3/8" Bolt Figure 4 PAGE 2 OF 8

Figure 8 Figure 9 4d. At this point frame is able to stand up on its own. Make sure the frame is straight, square and level. Tighten all 3/8" bolt connections with socket wrench. (See Figure 11) Figure 11 4b. Using other end of assembled X-brace from the right frame, attach to the bottom hole and top hole on the middle frame. With the second assembled X-brace, attach to the middle frame using the same bottom hole and top hole (the brace ends overlap). Only one notched end may be on the bottom hole and one on the top hole. Hand tighten. (See Figure 10) 5. Attach the spacers to the back of the second seat frame using a 3/8" bolt and flange nut. Tighten with a 3/8" socket. (See Figures 12-13) Figure 10 Figure 12 Spacer 4c. Attach assembled X-brace to the left frame using the other end of assembled X-brace. Hand tighten. 4. NOTE: Not all holes on the frame will be used. Figure 13 Spacer PAGE 3 OF 8

6. On the frame, place a clip on each hole of the seat and foot braces. On the foot braces for rows 1-3, use the intermediate holes. The clips should have the center indent facing up and be horizontal. Insert 5/16" carriage bolt through each clip and frame and attach nut loosely. (See Figures 14-15) 8. Attach foot planks. Beginning with the bottom row, place one foot plank on top of the clips, making sure the clips rest under the plank in the outside channels. The foot plank should have an 18" overhang on both ends, measuring from the center of the frame. Repeat for second foot plank. (See Figure 17) Figure 17 Figure 14 18" Rows 1-3 Intermediate Holes 9. Confirm the frame is straight and square. Center of the left foot plank frame to center of the right foot plank frame should measure 6' on center. (See Figure 18) Figure 15 7. Rows 4 and 5 use double foot planks. Place clips over the outside sets of holes. (See Figure 16) Figure 16 6' Outside Holes Outside Holes Figure 18 10. Attach double foot planks for rows 4 and 5. (See Figure 19) Figure 19 PAGE 4 OF 8

11. Underneath the foot plank, turn the clips vertical so the grooves of the clip fit securely under the channel lips. Tighten the clips with flange nuts. (See Figures 20-22) 13. The seat planks should have an 18" overhang on both ends, measuring from the center of the frame. Make sure the seat end is square with the foot planks (should line up corner to side). Repeat for the remaining seat planks. (See Figure 24) Figure 20 Figure 21 Figure 22 5/16" Carriage Bolt Hold Down Clip Figure 24 14. Attach back braces. One back brace for each end. Inside mount, right hand facing upon assembly. Using 3/8" bolts and flange nuts. (See Figure 25) Flange Nut Back Brace 12. Attach the seat planks. Starting from the top row, place one seat plank on top of the clips, making sure the clips are resting under the plank in the outside channels. (See Figure 23) Figure 25 Figure 23 Frame 15. Row 4 has one riser and row 5 has two 2 risers. Place clips with the 5/16" bolt and flange nut on the vertical frame. (See Figure 26) Clips for Risers Figure 26 PAGE 5 OF 8

16. Attach risers to clips. Underneath the risers, turn the clips horizontally so the grooves of the clip fit securely under the channel lips. Tighten with flange nuts. (See Figures 27-28) Hold Down Clip Figure 27 5/16" Carriage Bolt Flange Nut GUARD RAIL ASSEMBLY 19. Attach the side posts to row 4. Drill hole into foot plank and seat using a 3/8" drill bit. Attach 3/8" carriage bolts and nuts. Tighten. Repeat for other side. (See Figures 32-33) Figure 32 Figure 28 Riser 17. Tighten all clips. 18. Attach rear posts to back brace. Holes on the rear posts face the front of the bleacher. Attach using 3/8" bolts and flange nuts. Tighten. (See Figures 29-31) Figure 33 20. The middle rails do not have pre-drilled end rails. They do have a spliced end and a non-spliced end. Connect the middle rails, spliced ends with non-spliced ends. Connect the remaining end rail. Close up tightly. (See Figure 34) Figure 29 Figure 30 Figure 31 Rear Guardrail Post Riser Plank Riser Plank Seat Plank Frame Figure 34 Back Brace PAGE 6 OF 8

GUARD RAIL ASSEMBLY CONTINUED 21. There is a rivet on the end of each splice. Add another rivet to the other side and secure using a 3/16" rivet. Repeat for a total of 6 times. (See Figure 35) 23. Attach the angled rails. The bottoms of the angled rails have three small air holes. Attach to the side posts using the U-Bolts and flange nuts. Need about 1" spacing between the angled rails and back rails. Tighten. (See Figure 38) Figure 35 Rivet Gun Rivet Figure 38 Side Post U-Bolts 22. Set the assembled rail along the back against the rear posts. Attach U-Bolts to the rear post with the flange nuts. Begin with the top row on an end. The U-Bolt goes around the top pipe of the guard rail and through the holes of the rear post. Loosely attach with a 1/2" wrench. Make sure the ends of the guard rails are flush with the ends of the bleachers and straight vertical. Attach the bottom. Tighten. (See Figure 36-37) NOTE: Be careful not to tighten too tightly, as this could crush the pipe. Figure 36 24. Attach end rails to angled rails with panel clamps. Two per corner, one on top and one on the bottom. Use 3/8" bolts and nuts. Make sure the bolts are going towards the back of the bleacher. (See Figures 39-40) U-Bolt Figure 39 Figure 37 U-Bolt Figure 40 PAGE 7 OF 8
