We also offer a no quibble refund policy should you encounter any quality problems. We will send you regular stock level updates throughout the season so you have full visibility of our range availability. 30 31 Delivery and payment Nobody wants to pay over the odds. That s why we charge based on the size and the weight of the order. For instance, the cost of delivering a large box weighing 20kg (typically containing 80-100 garments) is 6.75 within the UK (excluding Highlands and Islands). Overseas shipping costs are also very reasonable and can be provided on request. About 2 weeks prior to delivery we will send you an invoice. We accept payments by bank transfer, cheque and debit/ credit card. Debit card payments are free, and for credit card payments we will pass on the 2% processing fee charged to us by our bank.
