The tools you will need: 1x Phillips Screwdriver 1x Vending Machine key Step 1: Open the boxes and inventory each of the parts before assembling. Each stand will consist of 1 16 inch Round Base, 1 24 inch Center Pole (With a round end and a square end), 1- Bag of Hard - ware containing 4 - Pan Head Bolts and 4 - Counter Sunk Bolts. The actual Vending Machine will come assembled in its own box. You just have to attach the post, base, and the top header.

Step 2: Open the box that has the 4 in 1 Vending Machine in it. You may want to open the box upside down to have easy access to the connection plate. While the machine is still in the box stand it up so the bottom is facing up. The metal round plate has 4 tapped holes at the bottom of the vending machine. Line up the square base of the pole to this round plate making sure all the holes are lined up. Now insert the 4 counter sunk bolts and tighten them until they are snug.

Step 3: Once the pole is secured to the machine and your pole is standing straight up place the round metal base of the stand on top of the pole s round end. Once again make sure all the holes are lined up. When the holes are lined up the base should fit nice and snug. Now insert the heavier 4 Pan head bolts and tighten them into the round base. Step 4: Once the post and the base are secure and tight. You can lay the box on its side and then stand it up and remove the box.

Step 5: Now it s time to fill up your machine. Start by using your vending machine key to pull the lock off the top of the vending machine. Once the lock is removed you can pull off the top cap. This exposes the 4 bins. Each of the bins can be picked up and removed. The caps on top of each bin will pop right off. You can then fill each bin with your favorite SqwishLanders! Don t forget to put in the display card! Once all the bins are filled with product you can cap them and place them back onto the vending machine. Then place the top cap of the vending machine back. BUT Before you lock it up don t forget the Header! Step 6: Once the machine has been filled and the top cap is on the machine. Before you lock the machine. Place the Vending Machine header. On top of the machine. With the hole of the header lined up with the hole from the lock. Once that is lined up insert the lock and tighten. Simple as that! The machine is put together!

The tools you will need: 1x Phillips Screwdriver 1x Vending Machine key Step 1: Use your Vending Machine Key to open up the top and remove it. Step 2: Remove the four capsule bins from the machine.

Step 3: Use a Phillips screwdriver and remove the 4 long screws found in each corner on the inside of the machine. Then pull out the cross bar that holds up the four capsule bins. Step 4: Use your Vending Machine key to pull out the coin box. Step 5: Slide off the Coin knob, the Coin Shute, and the door from the Vending Machine.

Step 6: Remove the side wall; be careful that the other Coin Knobs and walls don t fall since nothing is holding them in place anymore. Note: This machine has 2 coin boxes you will need to repeat Steps 4-10 to install both Coin Boxes Step 7: Now you can insert the new side wall. Make sure to align the bottom notches and sides. Keep in mind that everything should lay flush with the other walls and pieces if it doesn t align properly you may have issues putting the machine back together. Step 8: Insert and lock the new larger Coin Box.

Step 9: Place the Door and Coin Shute back on the Vending Machine. Make sure to align the sides of the door in the small slits and pop the Coin Shute into the pegs so that it lays flush. Step 10: Slide the Coin Knob back onto the machine. Make sure to align the sides of the knob to the sides of wall. It is easier to slide down into its spot. Step 11: Slide the cross bar back down onto the machine and use the Phillips screwdriver to tighten the 4 corner screws

Step 12: Place the 4 capsule bins back onto the Vending Machine Step 13: Place the top back onto the Vending Machine and tighten the lock Step 14: CONGRATULATIONS! You re all done!

Step 4: Slide off the Coin Mechanism from the vending machine. Step 5: Flip the Coin Mechanism over to expose the screws.

Step 6: Remove the 3 silver screws. Step 7: Now remove the center screw and remove the gear that s being held in by that screw. Step 8: Now you can remove the entire back plate of the coin mechanism. This will reveal the quarter wheel that we are replacing.

Step 9: Remove the wheel it is sometimes easier to also remove the turn dial on the opposite site. Step 10: Now insert the new Token/Quarter wheel in its place. NOTE: It s very important when placing it all back together. That every single piece lays flush inside of the coin mechanism. Sometimes you may need to wiggle and play with it to get it just in place. When it snaps in and lays flush you will know it!

Step 11: Place the back cover back onto the coin mechanism and screw the 3 silver screws (Step 6) back into the coin mechanism. Step 12: Place the center gear back onto the coin mechanism along with the center screw that holds it in place. Step 13: Slide the Coin Mechanism back onto the machine. Make sure to align the sides of the knob to the sides of wall. It is easier to slide down into its spot.

Step 14: Slide the cross bar back down onto the machine and use the Phillips screwdriver to tighten the 4 corner screws Step 15: Place the 4 capsule bins back onto the Vending Machine Step 16: Place the top back onto the Vending Machine and tighten the lock. CONGRATULATIONS! You re all done!

Helpful hints with your SqwishLand Vending machine - There are a couple of moving parts in the vending machine. We would like to go over them with you this will help keep your machine functioning longer 1. The lock and Key This is a two piece part and should never be over tightened. The machine being an all metal machine is secure when the lock is snug. The lock is made with 4 metal pins that determine the combination of the lock. When the lock is over tightened it puts undue pressure on these pins and may cause damage to them. If damage occurs the pins will seize and not allow the lock to come undone. Do Not Over Tighten The Locks. The pins in the lock that make up the code are pushed up by springs. When the key is inserted it depresses these springs and the pins forming the code that allows the lock to turn. These springs will continue to put pressure on the key pushing the key upwards. You need to make sure the key is always depressed so that the lock turns smoothly. If the key gets hung up due to not the right compression it may break the key or the pins. Pay close attention to this so that the key does not freeze up in the lock or breaks rendering it unusable. The locks come with 2 ways or 4 ways to get the key out. Sometimes the key will be pushed out in these areas sometimes causing you to try to turn the key harder without the depression need. The key never needs to be force to turn. It should always turn smoothly and you need to just adjust the key to allow it to do so. The key comes with a code engraved in the handle with a color code sleeve. There are 3 locks and 3 keys per machine. Keep the number and the color of the sleeve handy in case you ever lose your keys. There is a record being kept of what your key code is and for us to help replace the locks and keys you will need to identify those 2 pieces of information. The locks will last longer if you take some food grade machinery grease like AMSOIL X-Treme Food Grade Grease NLGI#2, with a tooth pick, and put some grease in the thread area of the lock. This will allow the lock to go on smoother and not get stuck due to over tightening. This process is mandatory and will help with wear and tear on the locks and keys and only needs to be done once. (You can find the food grade grease on Amazon.com under the search of food grade grease. 2. The Coin Mechanism Once a year (depending on usage) or as often as needed you should tighten up the screws on the back of the coin mechanism. Make sure you do not over tighten these screw. Making them snug is all that is needed. The coin mechanism is a high quality all metal mechanism that is made to drop through all smaller coins. If someone puts in a penny, nickel, or dime the mechanism is made to allow them to fall into the cash drawers of your machine. Make sure you read the instructions on the mechanism so you are able to work with the mechanisms if the occasion requires.
