Tools required (not supplied) Tape Measure Level Pencil Electric Drill 7mm Drill Bit Screwdriver PH3 Screwdriver PZ2 Eye Protection Hacksaw Silicone Sealant Before You Start PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS THOROUGHLY BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION. Check the pack and make sure you have all the parts listed. Certain spare parts and additional components are available if necessary and these can be obtained by calling the helpline number at the end of the instructions. When you are ready to start, make sure that you have the right tools to hand and that the installation area is clean and dry. When drilling or fixing into walls or floors it is essential that you check for pipes and wires before commencing. WHEN HANDLING GLASS PLEASE ENSURE THAT APPROPRIATE SAFETY PROTECTION IS WORN. Disclaimer Please note that walk in shower screens and panels are designed for use in tiled wet ares. Their design is intended to contain most of the shower water inside the tray area whilst maximizing the aesthetic look, however we must stress that these are not sealed shower cubicles. 3

Step 1 Place Wall Channel (A) into the desired position; the bottom of the Wall Channel (A) should be inside the tile border (if there is one) and touching the floor. Make sure that the Floor Channel (A) is completely vertical using a level. Using a pencil, mark through the three oval holes in the Wall Channel (A) and then put to one side. Step 2 Before proceeding, check thoroughly for pipes and wires in the wall. Drill four holes marked in step 1, in the centre of the oval using a 7mm drill bit. Push four of the Yellow Wall Plugs (O) into the holes. Run a bead of silicone sealant along the back of the Wall Channel (A). Place the Wall Channel (A) into position and screw four Wall Screws (B) through the oval slots hand tight. Make sure the Wall Channel (A) is completely vertical using a level and then fully tighten the four Wall Screws (B) using a PH3 Screwdriver. 4

Step 4 Place the Self Tapping Screw (J) through a Screw Cup (I) and screw into the inside of the Wall Channel (A) through one of the pre-drilled holes using a PZ2 Screwdriver. Push a Screw Cap (K) into the Screw Cup (I). Repeat for the other three holes in the Wall Channel (A). Step 3 Slot the Plastic Bottom U Channel (D) onto the base of the Main Glass Panel (E). Now lift the Main Glass Panel (E) into position and slide the aluminium edge into the Wall Channel (A). Step 5 Push one of the Top Caps (V) into the top of the Main Glass Panel (E). Please note there is a left and right handed top cap; one is to be discarded. 5

Step 6 Using a tape measure, calculate the distance required to cut the Horizontal Support Bar (L) so that it can secure the glass panel to the wall. Cut the bar to the required length using a hacksaw. Step 7 Place the glass to Horizontal Bar Clamp (G) over the Main Glass Panel (E). Ensure that the Small Glass Protector (F) is inside the glass to Horizontal Bar Clamp (G) on the opposite side of the cushioning grub screw. When in the desired position tighten the cushioning grub screw using a PZ2 Screwdriver. Step 8 Loosely assemble all the parts for the Horizontal Bar support (L), (G), (H), (M) & (N). Using a level to ensure the Horizontal Bar Support (L) is completely horizontally level, draw around the Wall Support Fixing (H) with a pencil. Then disassemble the Wall Support Fixing (H) and put the nut and bolt somewhere safe. Whilst holding the Wall Support Fixing (H) in place, mark with a pencil the two holes. Before proceeding check thoroughly for pipes and wires in the wall. Drill two holes in the positions marked through part (H) using a 7mm drill bit. Push two Yellow Wall Plugs (O) into the holes. Note: please be aware that if you are fixing to certain materials it may be necessary to use specialist fixings. 6

Step 10 Disassemble one side of the Glass to Glass Hinge (P) that you will be connecting to the bottom two holes in the Main Glass Panel (E) and reassemble as shown, ensuring that there are pads either side of the glass and the rubber washer through the hole, then tighten the two hexagon bolts with the large Allen Key (T). Repeat this for the second hinge in the top two holes on the Main Glass Panel (E). 7 Step 9 Ensure that the two grub screws in the Bar to Wall Fixing (M) are unscrewed. Slide the Bar to Wall Fixing (M) onto the cut down end of the Horizontal Support Bar (L) and tighten the grub screws when they are in the desired location. Slide the Horizontal Support Bar (L) & (M) into the Glass to horizontal Bar Clamp (G) and secure with the hexagon Counter Sunk Bolt (N) using the small Hexagon Key (U). Secure the other side of the Horizontal Support Bar (L) to the wall Support Fixing (H) and re-assemble the short hexagon counter sunk bolt and base nut (Previously put aside in step 8 using the using the small Hexagon Key (U).

Step 11 Slot the two Short Shower Seals (W) and the Long Shower Seal (X) onto the Main Glass Panel (C) with the deflector part to the seal to the outside of the shower. Remove the two outside Hinges (P) top and bottom and store the parts somewhere safe. Step 12 Note: We would recommend using two people at this stage, one to hold the Return Curved Glass Panel (C) and the other to attach and tighten the Glass to Glass Clamps (P). Reassemble the Glass to Glass Clamp (P) as shown, ensuring that there are pads either side of the glass and the rubber washers are through the glass hole, then tighten the two hexagon bolts with the large Allen Key (T). Repeat this for the second hinge in the other two holes on the Return Curved Glass Panel (C). 8

Step 13 Place the Handle Clamp (Q) over the Return Glass Panel (C) half way up, ensuring that the large Glass Protector (R) is inserted between the Return Glass Panel (C) and the Metal Handle (Q) on the opposite side to the cushioning grub screw. Then when in the desired position tighten the two cushioning grub screws using a PZ2 Screwdriver. Step 14 Fit the Towel Bar (S) onto the Main Glass Panel (E). Ensure that there are pads either side of the glass and the rubber washers are through the glass holes, then tighten the two hexagon bolts with the large Allen Key (T) 9
