The Defeat of the Patriots! Sorry, Patriots fans. Quarterback Peyton Manning won the 17 th round of his rivalry against Tom Brady, as the Denver Broncos topped the New England Patriots, 20-18. Brady almost led the Patriots to an epic comeback, as he made two fourth downs to tight end Rob Gronkowski on the game s final drive. Unfortunately, the Patriots failed to make a gametying two point conversion with only seconds remaining. Manning threw two first-half touchdowns to tight end Owen Daniels, and Broncos defense did the rest of the work as they blocked Brady from start to finish. See you at the Super Bowl! By Edward
