WHO WE ARE In the BRICS CCI IT & Telecom Vertical, we aim to address the changing technology paradigm. The change in landscape began with mainframes, moved to the desktop area and later resulted in the digital revolution. Technology has helped build devices that are intelligent, adaptive, and easy to use. Devices and Internet facilities used in combination have empowered consumers to be well aware. The end customer is now at the centre of innovation, and technology needs to transform to help businesses meet customer requirements. The foundation of the IT & Telecom Vertical is its foothold in the Digital World, with an acute understanding of the Technology Industry. We have extensive networks in the corporate sector that can assist in the development of the constantly evolving technology domain, and introduce the best practices of the industry to new entrepreneurs entering this sector. OUR TEAM In the formation Stage! BRICS IT & TELECOM VERTICAL INTRODUCTION BRICS-CCI IT & Telecom Vertical aims to create a world of socially responsible entrepreneurs who are able to contribute technology development issues of our country to find innovative solutions for pervasive technology revolution taking the nation by storm. VISION In the proposed IT vertical, we plan to bring Industry based skilling programs for India and a diversified international workforce of partnering BRICS countries with hard and soft skills. OBJECTIVES a) IT Consulting Collaborate with Government initiatives on Digital and Skilling India, Smart Cities and other SMEs and be their technology partners to help move to the

digital era. There is a demand for the redesign of the current work model in the industry. IT needs new tools and technologies for the leading edge business problems. The aim is to provide business solutions to programs aligned to such projects and advise SME s in the technology domain. b) Business Transformation and Talent Management There is scope for innovation and corporate training in emerging technologies ensures the talent pool reaches its full potential. We will provide Industry exposure & technology enhancements in SME businesses to enable their IT workforce. Monitor technology trends and address resource management issues. c) Enhancing Talent Pool through Skilling Program The ability to innovate is essential as new and emerging disruptive technologies have created an urgent need to learn and adapt. Crucial areas for disruption includes Digital Integration, Internet of Things (IoT), Cloud computing, Mobility and Data Analytics. We need a skilled workforce to be ready for this digital revolution. We build awareness through Seminars and Conferences, provide industry exposure via panel discussions, and provide hands-on training on tools and technologies. d) Offer Internships on Projects to Universities & Students for Industry Exposure Partner with corporates to offer internships in all the developing BRICS nations for skill enhancement and provide international exposure. Introduce a BRICS College Ambassador in selected universities for relationship building and interfacing with the industry to align the objective of the technical education sector with that of corporates. MANDATE MANDATE OF BRICS IT & TELECOM VERTICAL IT & Telecom vertical has been created in BRICS CCI as an effort to help new technology companies operating in India with a special emphasis on companies in BRICS countries. CENTER OF EXCELLENCE FOR IT & TELECOM 1. Facilitate Companies to collaborate with other initiatives, mentors, and network with different organisations. 2. Survey and Research of the required needs of the Industry for the Technology projects. 3. Impact Assessment of the projects undertaken. Impact assessment project can be undertaken by the IT & Telecom Vertical for the interested partners after the investment has been made by the companies. 4. Awareness program for the Companies: Technology Awareness conclave

would be organised by IT & Telecom Vertical of BRICS CCI to increase the awareness and improve the commitment of companies, educational institutes & technocrats to harness the technology wave 5. Conducting a BRICS Certification for Technology Professionals. There is a need to have a large number of technically qualified professionals in times to come. BRICS IT & Telecom Vertical in collaboration with other partners can help in feasibility study and marketing of feasibility study, design of the course, its duration and help in marketing of the course. OTHER ORGANISATIONS & BRICS IT & TELECOM INITIATIVES Coming Soon!
