According to Oxford Internet Institute in 2013 only 18% of UK adults had NEVER used the Internet, down from 23% in 2011 and of these 70% have proxyuse (via friends, family and fellow workers!) According to the BBA (British Bankers Association) by the end of 2014 only 10% of transactions at NatWest and RBS will be branchbased, down from 25% in 2010
