CONGRATULATIONS Congratulations on your engagement and upcoming wedding! I am excited to work with you on your wedding stationery so that it will perfectly complement your special day. Each year, I take a certain number of couples and work with them to create the custom wedding and surrounding events that they desire. This includes calligraphy, design, and production for elegant paper products. You probably have a lot on your plate with planning your big day, so leave the stationery to me! I offer the best quality cotton paper and printing methods, and will guide you through the process, stress free. All calligraphy and artwork is done by hand to give you completely unique stationery that you and your guests will cherish for years to come. Initial PROCESS 01 02 03 Introduction Proposal & Contract Inspiration Contact me and let me know if you are interested in Save the Dates, Invitation suites, or pre-wedding gatherings stationery, and your event date. We will connect and talk about your stationery vision, as well as my design process. A custom proposal and price quote will be developed for you to approve, based on our conversation and follow up chats. A nonrefundable deposit of 50% of your estimated proposal cost is due at this time to secure your spot on my schedule. We will work together to gather inspiration photos and create a Pinterest board displaying the aesthetic and color palette for your stationery. We will come up with wording for your pieces, and then I will create your custom suite!
Secondary PROCESS 04 Creative & Proofing 05 Production For your stationery items, I will spend time designing and sending proofs throughout this phase. I do not place a cap on number of revisions, so we will communicate back and forth to ensure we achieve exactly what you are looking for. The most important thing to me is that your vision is executed perfectly, and you are thrilled with your stationery. Once I receive final approval from you regarding design, paper, ink colors, and any add-ons for assembly, your stationery will be moved into production. CUSTOMIZATIONS Below, you ll find paper, ink, & printing options PAPER COLOR PAPER WEIGHT Paper for your stationery is as important as the design itself. Brown Fox is proud to offer the highest quality Crane s Lettra paper, which enhances the various print methods. This paper is 100% cotton, which means no trees are involved in the process. The paper is soft to the touch and offers fantastic print quality for all printing methods. I offer three shades to choose from: I offer two weights of paper to choose from: regular thickness 110 lb stock, and extra thick 220 lb stock. 220lb extra thick paper incurs an additional fee. Fluorescent White Pearl White Ecru *Brown Fox Calligraphy also offers various handmade cotton paper. Inquire for pricing.

PRINTING METHODS DIGITAL Cost: $-$$ Colors: Unlimited Best for: Watercolor and photo artwork Pieces are printed directly from a digital file. Digital printers transfer four colors of ink (cyan, magenta, yellow, and black) to paper simultaneously. This produces a full-color print with only one pass. Digital printing is flat and smooth to the touch. LETTERPRESS Cost: $$-$$$ Colors: one to three colors (prices based on no. of colors) Best for: Clean, elegant design Your design is impressed into the paper using an inked plate, leaving behind a beautiful deep impression. I offer letterpress in 1-color, 2-color, and 3-color. Individual plates are made for each color, so letterpress is priced based on the number of colors used. Blind letterpress is also an option and uses an un-inked plate to create an impression on the cotton paper. Blind letterpress is priced as a 1-color print. FOIL Cost: $$$ Colors: one or two color, metallic or matte Best for: Shiny metallic elements Foil stamping uses heat, pressure, metal dies, and foil film for printing. Metal dies are created from the final design, one for each color. The dies are heated and then stamped to seal a thin layer of foil to the paper. The foils can either be metallic or matte. * Multiple printing methods can be combined for a unique look
