When you get that right, you can make millions of parts and have each one reliably meet your spec requirements. over the whole life-cycle of each part: conceptualization, process design, tool build and validation, manufacturing, and maintenance. When you do everything right, the outcome is quality. For challenging parts or new manufacturing solutions, we provide comprehensive production and part prototyping. PRECISION METAL FORMING Metal stamping is one of the most cost-effective manufacturing processes available today. We provide progressive, transfer, and fine stamping one of the few manufacturers to offer all three metal stamping technologies along with the expertise and imagination to make them work for you. Tolerances and precision are critical for our customers assemblies. We stamp mild, high-strength, dualphase, and stainless steels, as well as non-ferrous materials, such as copper, brass, and aluminum. TRANSFER STAMPING Our transfer stamping press lines, ranging between 400 600 tonnes, are ideal for complex geometries, tight tolerances, deep-drawn parts and high-volume production. Transfer stamping uses material economically and can eliminate expensive secondary processes. FINE STAMPING Theta TTS is equipped with fine stamping presses, ranging from 250-650 tonnes. Building on our precision tooling expertise, we create parts with sheared, straightcut profiles, small holes (relative to material thickness), and exceptional consistency, by the millions. PROGRESSIVE STAMPING We use our progressive stamping press lines, ranging from 30-800 tonnes, to stamp ferrous and non-ferrous metals into parts with thicknesses of 0.15 to 6.5 mm.
