10 10/11/2011 Phase 4 Remove the packaging, take out the right housing and insert into the frame unit starting from the top and continuing to the bottom, tighten with 5 screws P + 5 washers, insert right handle Q and tighten with 2 screws R Remove the packaging, take out the left housing and insert into the frame unit starting from the top and continuing to the bottom, tighten with 5 screws P + 5 washers, insert right handle Q and tighten with 2 screws R
11 10/11/2011 Phase 5 Test machine Clean assembly area Deliver documentation and explanation on use of the machine to the customer WARNING If it is necessary to move the machine once the installation is completed, pay attention to the housing of the front and back feet (shown in the illustration). Lift up the foot and remove the feet if needed When transporting the machine (especially up stairs) place a wooden beam (take it from the packaging) between the rods shown in the figure and the transport trolley, to avoid bending the rods
12 10/11/2011 TO FIX THE MACHINE TO THE GROUND To FIX the equipment to the ground, proceed in the same way on both sides of the equipment: fasten clamps M with screws C with nuts and washers (bolts and nuts are preassembled on the frame). Mark on the floor the point where to drill the two holes. Drill the floor. Insert the anchoring bolts into the holes of clamps M. ATTENTION: use an anchor bolt with minimum guaranteed weight 50kg
