HOW WE OPERATE In order to maintain low costs, and pass on as much as possible to The Inspired Partnership Trust, Inspired Media has adopted a straightforward and transparent ordering process. The Order Process STEP 1 After initial contact we will work on a design concept. STEP 2 A PDF proof will be sent to you by email. STEP 3 You let us know if you d like changes. STEP 4 Once you re happy with the design we ll send you a hardcopy proof and an approval form for you to sign. PLEASE NOTE If we produce designs for you and you do not proceed to print there will be a one off charge of 50 for administration. All bespoke designwork produced by Inspired Media remains our intellectual property. However full intellectual rights can be forwarded to clients if they so wish, for an additional one off cost (prices vary depending on artwork). Damages and shortages must be made known to us in writing within 3 days of receipt of goods. Prices may be subject to change at any time. Errors and omissions excepted. STEP 5 For us to proceed to print, the signed approval form, along with the hardcopy proof and payment must be returned to our offices. Your job will be despatched within 5-7 working days* unless stated otherwise. *If the approval form arrives at our office by 9.30am that day will be included in the 5-7 working days.
