Spring 2013 Pattern Collections Sun and Sand Collection Ensemble Light Collection vol.2 Silk Essence Collection Spring 2013 A follow-up collection to our popular Ensemble Light Collection vol.1. Volume 2 containes four lace patterns that previously have only been released as Knit Alongs. The Silk Essence Collection features 5 beautiful patterns using our new Silk Essence Yarn. All patterns but one are 1 skein projects. The Sun and Sand Collection has the two patterns: Cable Sun and Sand, and Garter Sun and Sand, both using Ensemble Light. Before the art of knitting comes the art of yarn. For the discerning, uncompromising knitter, Artyarns is the premier innovator of luxury yarns tailor-made to elevate the experience and art of knitting. We import Italian cashmere and merino wools, Japanese silk and mohair, and Murano glass beads. Our couture yarns are custom plied and hand-painted in New York. Artyarns inspires creativity through the intriguing combination of unique fibers and a palette of fashion forward colors. Artyarns was founded by Iris Schreier, a noted knitting author, who creates the palettes and fibers. She designs new garments and writes patterns on a regular basis. It is untwisted and results in a fantastically soft and beautiful knitted fabric.
